They advertise a $9.99 phone as an upgrade but then they don't stock that phone so you're forced to buy a more expensive phone. Ended up spending almost $100. Ughhh. Otherwise the sales rep was helpful.

Valerie has been an asset to Boost mobile! She worked wonders for me, in a time of need. The phone I have is identical to one that is not compatible with Boost service. She took time to look up my phone info. and worked it all out, at an Incredible price. I get free text, calls & 5GB for 25 monthly. No small print, which is what everyone should like. Also, the service is faster and better then Metro!! Ty, Valerie! You are much appreciated!! A Boost customerfrom here on out.

Her name started with an L. I'm sorry I think it was Leidy but she was great that I do know. She was very knowledgeable and fast at setting my boyfriend and myself up with phones and she was very patient and kind. She is a keeper!

loved Veronica, so knowledgeable!!But boost got bought my t-mobile so a few phones on our plan w sprint won't get data now nor transfer to other plans so have to get new phones! and it's a mess atm. will figure it out but... so boost sucks but she was great

This location is the worst! Three times in a row I have gone to this one and they are opening late or gone with a note that they will return in 20 mins. Well I sat there for longer than 20mins waiting and no one showed up. Horrible customer service. The sign states when the store hours are. Employees are supposed to be there during business hours. This location was closed with a hand written note during business hours more than once. Go to any other location!
