Opens at 9am. But yet didn't open at 9am. The person was late . Meanwhile people that need to get to work themselves are waiting outside to pay their bill.

Came to this location today with my spouse, his phone was broken, we came to switch devices . Ann & Roxy provided great customer service we were in and out! They got his sim switched over to the other phone and assisted with getting all his information transferred to his new device. We also had trouble with his account pin and they were able to get that situated for us . Very friendly environment probably the best customer service we’ve had in a while. Thank you so much Roxy & Ann for solving our phone issues and making us feel welcome!

The woman who works there is rude. Talks to people however she wants. Told me with a disrespected voice said to me " I already talked to you and I told you not to come in to call customer service". She didn't even move out of her chair all she said is I can't help you. She couldn't no she chose not to. And I feel it was due to either her just not wanting to do her job or considering as soon as walked in she took a look at me n didn't want to help because I am not Spanish. She was very disrespectful and I will not be returning to boost. The woman in the store should not be working around people if she has no customers service skills. And yelling at customers I am sure is not part of her job. She is not untitled to pick which customer she helps. Customers should never be treated like was.

Valerie has been an asset to Boost mobile! She worked wonders for me, in a time of need. The phone I have is identical to one that is not compatible with Boost service. She took time to look up my phone info. and worked it all out, at an Incredible price. I get free text, calls & 5GB for 25 monthly. No small print, which is what everyone should like. Also, the service is faster and better then Metro!! Ty, Valerie! You are much appreciated!! A Boost customerfrom here on out.

I had a LG phone. I went in to see why I had a problem. This was a problem with all LG phones. People continued to come in Zaira was patient and handled it with a smile.

Service date: 3/5/22 11:00 AM. The sales associate was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my mother was well taken care of when we entered the store seeking a phone upgrade. The store was quite busy, and between assisting us, answering phone calls, and managing other customers, the sales associate present was able to ensure assistance was provided in a timely and productive manner. A questionable character entered the store for reasons other than to transact business, so for the safety of this store associate, I believe the store should not be staffed alone. Hard working, knowledgeable, and competent employees are difficult to find, so it is my hope that management recognizes the value of this store associate and compensates her accordingly. Will continue to do business with this store in particular.
