I especially like to do lap swimming at the Bradenton YMCA. It's well run, conveniently located, and the hours fit easily into my daily routine.

Ymca no longer allow members from other ymca in Florida or Tampa. I pay extra to visit other Ymcas so I'm definitely canceling my membership, in my last visit someone noted I have to pay $20

Not a good place for kids. Most of the time there isn't child care. More of a retirement community gyn

The Bradenton YMCA is nice. It has a large gym and a nice weight room. The staff is very helpful. I really enjoyed my visit. They do good work.

Friendly staff, excellent cardio and weight equipment. Best thing is most Ike’s there are very few people working out. Love the ability to go in without huge crowds.

There's a wide variety of group classes to choose from and the instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, and fun. There's quite literally something for everyone here. The biggest thing I love about our Bradenton Y though is the pool! It's such a great asset for a gym and it really helps y'all to stand above the rest by offering something that many traditional gyms don't have. Whether I'm just swimming laps on my own, or if I'm doing the aqua Zumba or shallow water classes, if I'm in the pool, I'm having fun! It's so important to enjoy what ever physical activity you pursue because it helps you to stick with it and with the help of the Bradenton Y and it's pool, I've lost 30 lbs and I'm on my way to losing more! Thank you, Bradenton YMCA, for helping me get my life (and body) back!

I made my decision to put two granddaughters in the y for their summer camp program. this decision wasn't made because I needed daycare or someone to watch them it was more that I wanted them to have the best summer ever. I was handed a schedule that presented a full day's worth of activities everyday and I paid for 7 weeks. That payment didn't come from the tree in the backyard but out of my pocket and investment that was well worth it for these two to have a structured day full of fun and new friends. but the schedule I was presented has nothing to do with any thing that's going on. absolutely nothing. And that now they are adding a stem program to assist with math and science along with reading . Absolutely their education is the most important thing. But my intention was never to send them to school they read at home they are educated at home this summer was to be nothing but fun something that they would remember the rest of their lives I can imagine my disappointment we can imagine their disappointment when they were told by a camp leader that they would be taking a field trip once a week but now they don't have the adequate staff to do the field trips and keep the children safe or that they would be swimming everyday oops now they can only swim 3 days and next week two days. because they don't have the adequate staff to keep the children safe sounds like either brought in too many kids or they need to hire new help either way that's not my problem we were flat out lied to you about what was going to happen. Called and spoke with the camp director. His answer to everything was the children's safety. Believe me these girls safety is my utmost importance, but it's your job to present what I paid for. More than disappointed. Won't happen again

The bradenton YMCA is great place to enjoy recreational activities. Mr. Jaylen, Carlos, and Mr Bin are great. Although it could use a Fixer Upper.

I love going there! So fun. Nothing is wrong with it, everyone is pretty kind. Some kids are rude and one actually hit my friend in the eye. But otherwise everything is fun. Pool is freezing. I froze my rear off when I went in that melted ice cube of a pool! ?
