“The seamstresses at Something Blue saved the day when we brought my daughter's dress there for alterations. We ordered it from another shop and they ordered the dress too small. With a lot of ingenuity and experience, the gals there fixed the dress and improved upon it! They took fabric from optional bows to add material to the sides and back, giving the illusion the dress was like that the whole time. I thought we would be on a time crunch because the dress also came in later than promised, but that was not an issue at all. I ordered my mother of the bride dress there and my other daughter got lucky and was able to get her Maid of Honor dress off the discontinued rack! All our alterations were spot on and the prices were very reasonable. I won't mention the other shop because I don't want to give them any publicity, but I would 100% return to Something Blue!”

The lady who owns the store is wonderful, there is no limit on your appointment time and she doesn't put any pressure on you to buy, plus the prices are unreal (not just the dresses, but the veils too)! The selection is small, but it's a boutique and I liked that there wasn't a sales rep trying to create a moment to get me to buy something I might regret later. I am super happy with my dress and would highly recommend you go check this place out!”
