This company has no leadership and going through change of ownership. They randomly closed the store on a Friday at 1 pm after emailing me Thursday afternoon my signs ready for pick up. 2 employees called in and the other had an emergency. I wasted 2 hours drive time and $80 in gas for a custom sign they didn’t give a discount and didn’t care I used them for 20 years and will never again avoid much better options

I was referred to Bob and Kathy after the previous company I worked with moved out of state. I needed to redo the vinyl lettering for my storefront after I changed my store hours. Their pricing is very, very reasonable. They are a family owned business that cares about customer service. They were easy to work with and quick to return emails. I will be back with more projects and would definitely recommend Bob and Kathy!
