very very pleased with BH, I had issue with defective hitch pin lock. I contacted them replaced within 72 hours, I had my new lock at my door step. Quality superior an outstanding service. Highly recommend!

This hitch did not fit my 2024 4Runner TRD ORP. In order to possibly get any of my money back, I have to spend money to ship it back to the company. And considering the coating chipped while trying to slide it into the receiver, I assume they will not give me a full refund.
