Trusting my repairs to Caliber Collision on 1st Street was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was courteous, attentive, and clearly valued my time. A rental car was ready and waiting when I dropped off my vehicle, and I received regular updates throughout the process. They returned my car looking as good as new and did it faster than I expected. Highly recommend!

I had a minor accident where someone backed into my car and damaged the door. Since I’ve never been in an accident before, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I was highly recommended to go to Caliber, and I’m so glad I did.
From start to finish, their team was awesome. The front desk staff, the technicians, and especially John—who took care of my car—were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and worked quickly and efficiently.
The repair was flawless—you’d never know there was any damage in the first place. I’m extremely happy with the service I received at Caliber and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

I don't know what repairs are like at this place. I went to request service three times, and the receptionist treats people very poorly. I won't go back because I'm not willing to put up with her treating people poorly every time. They should change it. They lost a customer.In short, I don't know what the place is like, but if they want to attract customers, they should change the receptionist.

There was a 14 inch metal rod that ripped through my front bumper as I drove on I75. Caliber we made it brand new!!!!

Quality of work was not great, gave me my truck back with broken glass on backseat and floor, overspray on windshield and rear window. Automated texts giving updates are to be frank a joke, call customer service only to have them push through another automated response. All in all not a great experience

I first went to Caliber collision after an accident my car needed repair. Since then I have returned several times, I would highly recommend this body shop for any repairs that your car might need. The receptionist is very personable, she treats you like a person instead of a number. Also John has been the mechanic always on my BMW Z4. He not only does amazing work but he also goes above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with my repairs and never takes advantage of me. I will have all of my cars repaired at Caliber Collision with John.
