Very rude and belittling to me and my wife. My wife hade a question and they all laughed at her and ganged up on her. Saying thing, to the effect of, "This is Florida. Why would you do that?" (In a condescending tone) And as we where leaving "What a stupid woman." A business should not treat potential costumers like this, and honestly I hope they get a nice dose of karma. Instead of going here keep going south bound to the next pawn shop. They are much nicer and took the time to explain and understand my question for them.

Said they would give me two dollars each for Nintendo switch games that are still $60 in the store. Check their prices compared to in-store prices. Biggest rip off cash America I’ve ever gone to And Value Pawn is a quarter mile down the road.

I've takes a few things here, for cash, because selling online wasn't working, and I needed some things gone, as I'll be moving sometime soon, less to take with me, the better. The employees at the Bradenton location were nice. We all know how pawn shops work, I wasn't expecting a lot of money for the items I brought in, but it still helped me get rid of a few things. So, if you're looking for more than what a pawn shop will give you, don't go then. It only helps if you're needing money ASAP or just looking to finally get rid of things/clutter. I was looking to get rid of things.

Was trying to pawn a laptop and It has a tiny crack, not on screen, but on corner part around it, and I told her I didn't think about it being a problem and the lady was VERY RUDE. She told me "Thank you for thinking", in smart a$$ attitude. I understand couldn't take it, but don't need to be so d*** rude. I'll never go back

I want to say that Luz sold me jewelry . She is very helpful to get a good price. I go here alot and the manager is nice. They always help me when I need money. I will not go to the other places becasue they are rude. I love cash america.

Thank you for your help in purchasing a camera on 8/22/2020. Maria the sales associate who helped me did a wonderful job, Maria was kind, patient, and an all-around awesome sales associate. ? to cash America for hiring and training your employees correctly. Unlike another shop(Value Pawn) down the road from you who lost a sale to Cash America due to their lack of training employees on how to be kind, respectful, and help customers. So keep up the good work Cash America.
