IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS TO CHAMPS I WOULD. I ORDERED SHOES FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY ONLINE AND ITS SAID MY ORDER ID PLACED AND PROVIDED ME AND EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE SO I ASSUMED ALL WAS FINE. I DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL MUCH LATER THAT A FOLLOW UP EMAIL WAS SENT CANCELLING MY ORDER WITH NO EXPLANATION. IF I CARED FOR MY CUSTOMERS BUSINESS I WOULD HAVE MADE A FOLLOW UP CALL TO EXPLAIN MAYBE THERE WAS A MISTAKE AND ADK IF I WOULD LIKE TO TRY AND PLACE THE ORDER AGAIN. CHAMPS DOESNT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE IF YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM OR NOT. USING THE SAME INFORMATION I PURCHASED THE SAME PRODUCT FROM GOAT EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. I THEN DECIDED TO ORDER ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES FROM HIBBET SPORTS AND AGAIN DAME INFORMATION AND SMOOTH TRANSACTION. Purchased $250 worth of shoes back in May got stationed over seas shortly afterwards. Came back relocated tried the shoes on and 2 out of the 3 pair were too tight. I went to return the products with my original receipt only to be told I couldn't because it was beyond 45 days. Thanks Champs for NOT supporting your active duty military personnel.Now I'm stuck with shoes I can't return nor trade in. I'LL never shop Champs again NEVER.

i don't know how do they run a big company if they have such trash customer service!! i was already skeptical of doing business with this company but had to regret it. i order two pair of shoes and no sign of shipping email or whatsoever, when i call them to check the status of the delivery, the tell me its been delivered already and were left in the lobby of the building somewhere instead of my apartment. and according to them since i didn't receive my product they will have to do an investigation and might take two weeks!!! instead of reshipping or refund they wanted to waste more time, which i agreed and let them do it but even after ten days i didn't hear anything from anyone and when i call back nobody has any idea of what's going on!!!! and i keep getting transferred to different departments asking to leave them a message instead of getting a call back or an email!!!! and still waiting.

I have 2 pair of shoes that I ordered that never made it to my address but said delivered none of my neighbors seen it I would like a refund I paid $158.98 an 8 day investigation has been started April 19th 2022 it's been past 8 days I haven't gotten any emails or about next steps is there any one from Champs Corporate that can help me get my refund my name ******** ***** all I want is a refund it's been 10 days now or lawyers will get involved and we can take it to the courts especially if I don't get my money back of $158.98

I ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas and opened it Xmas eve to wrap and it was way too small. I called for an exchange label the 26th and shipped it back the same day. January 15th they said it was used and they were shipping it back. I just received it today and it is the same brand new jersey with the tags still on it. It is the same size as his old youth large from when he was younger. This is supposed to be an adult large and I checked all of the jerseys he has prior to ordering to make sure I got the right size. The day I shipped it they had the xl in stock. I checked online when they lied and said it was used, and they no longer had the xl which I was supposed to receive in stock. So because they don’t have the correct size for exchange, they told me oh well, it’s used, there’s nothing else we can do. Corporate just hangs up on you or transfers to a recording that says it’s disconnected. I hate Champs and should have known better. In the past they never give me my rewards and when I call they just say, “You will have them in 24 hours” and that never happens, or they tell me I never bought anything. Yeah, okay...My family will no longer be shopping at Champs.

Dont buy online in champs organization. I ordered two products in the same order in May 26, payment was done successfully ($104).... I was sent by email the two tracking numbers(one for each product). In June 3 I received half of my order. Just one product arrived. Today is July 9 and i still have not received the my second product I bought. I have send them few emails to customer service in June and July, not one email was responded. I also called and the phones are out due to covid 19; so there's no one to talk and no phone to reach for help. I checked my order status in champs home page and it says Order cancelled; also in shipping info says: status cancelled. (I checked my banking account to se if i had credit since the order status says "cancelled" i have nothing) In the same champs status page, besides each product says qty: ordered 1 shipped. how do you explain that.? Half of my total lost over here, aprox $53. Still waiting for a response...

This past weekend was tax free weekend so i went to buy shoes for my boys and come to see my receipt and they did charge me tax so then i call the location i made the purchase and they said that yes they charge tax and that the do not charge tax this weekend are shoes that are below $60.00 are you serious the store does not have shoes under $ 60.00 they are all $100 and up. So they need to train the customer service there and let the customer know before hand because i think i am not the only one that goes shopping on tax free week specially having 3 boys. I don't think this is fare and i am certain that there are lot's of single mothers out there like me trying to save all the can when they have to count each penny and this is why i shop only during tax free week to save a little money. i have called corporate and left a message i hope i get a call back/

I wish I had never ordered from this place and I wish I read the reviews before hand. The customer service is disgusting. I was not rude to the rep and she hung up in my face just because I'm trying to figure out why my order was never delivered. Dont even bother and just go to footlocker. I'm very disturbed by how rude and inconsiderate these people are. This one star does not do this company justice.

The worst shopping experience ever at the Champs in Southland Mall, Store# 14253. I asked the store clerk if their Debit/Credit Card system was working and to be informed it was working and then process a transaction of $158.99 and then see if process and post to my BANK ACCOUNT as a processed transaction and monies be deducted from my bank account then to see the transaction show canceled. Then for the store personnel scramble around looking like they don't know what to do. And they finally call the "help desk" to see what they can do. Then be told it will take 5 business days for my money to be returned back to me but if I wanted to get my items purchased I needed to pay additional money, then to call to check on the status of the refund to be told it can take 10 business days. Then to speak with a lead Tara who states "she's really really sorry but she doesn't have any further information and that she doesn't know why I was told this." I liked shopping at CHAMPS up until now, they are the worst company/store chain to shop for. The lack of concern and utter disregard for their consumers is deplorable. Instead of ensuring that the customers concerns are addressed and not having to spend additional money in their store they all appear to be clueless, then portray like it was your fault that the transaction failed even with showing them documented proof that the payment processed. This is a complete SCAM to say we don't know what is wrong with our system but the "help desk" is working to fix the issue. And to add further insult to injury NO ONE APPARENTLY KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER PERSON IS DOING SO INSTEAD OF HAVING THINGS DOCUMENTED YOU REPEAT YOURSELF MULTIPLE TIMES AND GET A NEW LIE WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ELSE EACH TIME. This is the most unprofessional company to ever shop with. I will be glad when my money is returned I will NEVER step foot in this store again.
