Holly at this branch is completely unprofessional. Refused to cash a check from JPMorgan Chase which is a relatively Normal experience, except she lied about being the manager after asking for one. She refused to provide a business card or provide any further information. There were several people in the branch not understanding of why she was behaving in such a way for asking for the information of a bank representative that manages their finances. This person is completely unprofessional, would not provide any answers and simply made a scene out of a simple request. I suggest people stay away from chase and specifically this branch unless these are the type of people you want handling your finances

I made appoitment with Billy Rizzo, arrived in time, waiting 15 min and nobody coming. They said wait. Nobody answer in the branch by phone. I am loosing my time. Why they approved appointment and do not respect my time???

I been coming here for years, everything was excellent but sinced they got a new regional manager, she was not pleasant to work with, customer service was poor, environment was poor. I am so so disappointed, I have many accounts here…I will close all my accounts with them.

Always, always pleasant. Not all branches are staffed with people who are savvy in their computer system. A lot of turnover, however where I bank, I have taken the time to go inside (not just the drive through or ATM) and get to know them on a first name basis. Excellent result! ????

Gabriela Dulanto - Private Client Banker refused to service us @ 3:25. The bank does not close until 5:00. She told us she had to leave by 4:00, and that she wasn't taking any more clients for the day. What we needed to be done with our business account would have taken 10 minutes at any other branch. When I mentioned this she still refused even though she had no clients. She was very cold and unprofessional. We will consider other options with our business accounts after previous encounters with her at this branch.

We have just moved to the area and Gabriela and her colleagues Grace and Amber have been fantastic in helping us open accounts and general banking. Thanks guys, you are an inspiration to others. I highly recommend this branch.

I love the bank but have trouble 3 times with money deposits through ATM but the bank workers always help me and they are very helpful. I'd rather work with employees here.
