Incompetent Manager ! We visit the branch today with a problem related to our business account, the branch was completely empty they were doing nothing and they said that we need to make an appointment for another day. Manager was present in the lobby area and she even ignored us and said the teller was right they needed to make an appointment for another day. She as a manager should offer a solution especially if she was doing nothing just talking with the teller at the teller line . Rude people. Horrible customer service and they have zero solutions for you, too busy chatting between them.

The ATM is incredibly slow. If the branch is open, I would recommend going in and getting serviced. The ATM completed my deposit “supposedly,” but never offered me a receipt. When I went back into the branch, Emily shared that the machine often has glitches and they will not be able to process or confirm my deposit most likely until they manually reset the machine at the end of the day due to them being short staffed.
I was provided a general claim phone line that I was instructed to call if I did not see the deposit soon. Overall, for something so simple for me to not be reassured that the deposit would come through, not receive any type of receipt of the transaction and then provided a general claim number to call if I did not see the deposit is VERY frustrating. I will try to avoid banking at this branch moving forward as much as I can.

Good customer service. The building is well maintained as well. I had appointment but someone was still there so I need to wait about 15mins and read about chase history a little bit since they have the book in the waiting area.

Have been calling into this location's main line along with the direct line of my personal banker all hours of the day, from open to close, for a week now and no one answers the phone.

Rude Staff!! I believe Michelle was the teller who did not help me at all!! I tried to deposit a check in the ATM on a holiday. The ATM stopped working and did not give me my check back nor did it process. I went in the next day and Michelle told me she was understaffed and couldn't help me. She said to call the number on the card and submit a claim she said they don't have access to the ATM??!!

Highly recommend this Chase location. They are always friendly, very helpful and efficient. Additionally, they are concerned for their customers best interests. Patty and Holly are fantastic
