Came in there to open an account. We were told we are next in line and the person is wrapping up with a customer. 45min later the lady said it will take another hour for the person to finish up, we need to make an appointment. It would be nice if there were honest at the first place and tell us at the every beginning that it will take rather than wasting our time.

This location does not have drive up banking, which is a huge inconvenience. This is FL, its 100°+ & I had to take my infant inside just to get quarters for laundry. There is more than enough space, there are two drive thru ATMS and plenty of cubicles with no employees. Do better chase.

I had an incredible experience at the Chase Bank located at 4310 53rd Ave E in Bradenton. Gabriel and his team are absolutely outstanding! Gabriel leads with such professionalism and effectiveness that it’s evident his entire team is well-trained and highly knowledgeable.
Every time I visit, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I’ve seen firsthand how much clients enjoy their time here. Everyone seems genuinely happy, and there’s even a sense of fun in the way the team interacts with clients and each other. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make banking a pleasant experience.

I was listening to a conversation involving one of the staff-Cheryl. (I’m on the phone w said customer )Very unprofessional to not keep the attention on the person you’re “helping” but to have random conversation elsewhere. And the demeaning attitude when the customer asked for some extra assistance. And Cheryl stop rolling ur eyes it’s not that serious. Thanks..

Easy in and out for quick transactions. Not really a Great office to take care of important banking we had too many bad experiences. We go to a different Chase and follow our banker to her new location. When you find a good banker I've learned don't let them go lol .
Overall this Chase is clean, people are friendly and plenty of parking. For teller transactions or ATM it's great.

Do not bank with these people. I got scammed online with a medical institute. Chase took sides with the scammers when I got a dispute... it took a 3 months to figure it out... Bad people!

Waited for almost half hour to get paperwork notarized. With 3 notaries in bank. Long story short they wouldn’t accept any documents but passport asked to wait for couple min to get passport with my mom still being in the bank after all they took other client and said that it will take another 40-50 min to wait and other notaries were free but were unable to help. Service ??

Cashier Angelica instead of 2 transactions they did only one. Did explain 2 times what should be done and still she did a mistake. Now have to drive second time.
