Very disappointed. Ordered online on 2/26/24 to be picked up at 4pm. My husband got there at 3:50pm and staff said they were still working on it. He left with the food at 4:25pm. All of our food was cold. Not just a little bit. Like it was in the frig for those 30 minutes. I immediately call the store and spoke with the manager Kevin Melendz. He took my information, receipt number, and said he would replace the order. He said I was in the system and only had to give my name for the replacement.I called today 3/8/24 to get the replacement and he stated that I only had 1 week to get the replacement. I was never told that before. He is claiming complete amnesia and cannot replace it because someone threw it away. I told him I had saved the original receipt, but he refused to accept it.On 2/26, he and I had discussed how my husband works EMS and has our only car. I told him I was very ill and the treatments affect my appetite. We have 2 autistic adult sons who go to a day program. And my other adult son is in a hospital bed in our living room from a catastrophic car accident. I was very detailed on how it is difficult for us to even get take-out. At that point, he said not to worry.. whenever we were ready.Never mentioned a 1 week deadline. And now refuses to honor his word.If I had read all these other reviews, I would have gone somewhere else.

Got steak bowl, is the 3rd time I experience this rice is not fully cooked when eaten can feel it’s abit hard not fully cooked and steak has lots of grissel. Very disappointed with this outlet.

If I could put 0 stars I would, came in and they had no meat except steak. Told me it would be a 10 min wait, 20 min later they still didn’t have the meat i wanted so i settled. No corn, no guacamole, no black beans. Chips were stale, no exaggeration. Place was very dirty, but that’s nothing newWill never be going to this location again

When I walked in the indoor seating had not been cleaned up in some time. I’m not sure if they had just gotten through a rush or if it is common for it to be untidy. The steak in my burrito had a texture like it had been sitting for quite a while. I asked for extra guacamole, which apparently equates to double the guacamole and double the price. At most Chipotles when I asked for extra guacamole, I just get a little extra guacamole and not a charge of almost 6 dollars.

Was told I could only order the quesadilla online, would I ordered before I arrived. When I got in a couple arrived after me and the line was nearly out the door (inportant for later). I figured since I ordered ahead I wouldn't have to wait in that long line, so I told them out the counter my name and sat down. While I understand waiting during lunch rush was going to be a bit. I what I didn't understand is why I say for over 25 minutes waiting on my pre-ordered food. Not only did the couple that arrived behind me order and leave, but almost 30 orders after my placement in line were completed before my food was even bagged. ? Plus the kids quesadilla is $5 cheaper and the same size as the adult quesadilla and the kid order comes with a free mini bag of chips.

After waiting for a while for the staff to acknowledge me and my order, it was bagged up incorrectly. I explained that my order was in the other bag next to it (I was inside and watched the entire process). The clerk was combative with me arguing it was in fact mine. First, I had two dishes and chips. The bag she gave me had 1 meal and no chips. To confirm it was in fact not mine, I opened the container that she bagged for me. Of course, it was not mine. The man behind me screamed I was manhandling his food. The counter person just looked blankly at our interaction (still convinced that my one meal bag was $46 worth of food). Needless to say, I will not return to this location. In addition to all of the unnecessary commotion, the assembly line employees were throwing food around like they really didn't care. No concern for cross contamination or the fact that the entire line could see them acting unprofessionally.

I ordered a chicken bowl and when I was eating it I thought the chicken tasted different than I remember chipotle chicken tasting. Having just worked out, I was starving, so I brushed it off and kept eating. I LITERALLY GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE. My stomach felt weird a little while after eating, woke up in the middle of the night aggressively vomiting. I was like this for 24 hours, almost considered going to the ER. I missed two days of work and could hardly move for two days afterwards because of how sore my body was from vomiting so hard/much. PLS DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

I like Chipotle so much I often go out of my way for it. Planning to pretend this location doesn't exist. Worst service, messiest dining, nastiest bathroom of any Chipotle ever. This place is disgusting.

Normally a quick and easy place for lunch, dinner or something to nibble on mid day. This location can sometimes look a little untidy with the food section, it could be kept cleaner and looking nicer if it was cleaned more often.
