The employees are always friendly, but severely understaffed. However most the time I get in and out very quickly. I love that they have useful items like phone chargers and unique cool random things you often can't find anywhere else (bracelets, plushies, accessories, seasonal)

I went there with my kids before school started, my son wanted a doughnut 🍩 and as I opened the small door from the doughnut cage all the little flies came out (fruit flies ) and all about 5 or 6 of them. I told my son No sorry. He got sad 😔
