Might I make a suggestion? Maybe at the more busier times of the day, have more than the self serve register open?
All I wanted to do was pay for gas, and had to sit in a long line for self serve. Meanwhile a very capable employee has her back to everyone keeping herself busy instead of hoping on a register to clean the line.

The employees are always friendly, but severely understaffed. However most the time I get in and out very quickly. I love that they have useful items like phone chargers and unique cool random things you often can't find anywhere else (bracelets, plushies, accessories, seasonal)

I went there with my kids before school started, my son wanted a doughnut 🍩 and as I opened the small door from the doughnut cage all the little flies came out (fruit flies ) and all about 5 or 6 of them. I told my son No sorry. He got sad 😔

Nicely stocked store , smells like a 90 year old man’s house that has been smoking inside for 70 years …. I couldn’t even stay inside .

Dirty bathroom. Store is a mess. Awfully abusive signs on everything. Management of this location needs to chill on the stupid stuff and actually manage their business. Shameful behavior by employees.
