Use to be 5 stars. But Washing doesn't seem as strong as use to.
A plus use to be complimentary dryin and car fresheners. Now there is neither. I didn't mind paying extra on my membership for those services. But now they are gone, membership isn't worth it. There are Better options for wash only with no complimentary employee towel dry.

This used to be a great full service car wash but has gone downhill since the new owner took over. Can't keep help & on a Saturday only 3 people to do full service? Bring cash for any tip as they can't break any bills as no cash on premises.

I went through the wash and paid for interior service. The back area of my Tahoe was not vacuumed nor wiped down. I stood in the office area for 25 minutes and no one waited on me. Also during a return visit there was no to wipe down

I have the interior cleaning and it takes almost an hour to complete it. That is way too long. You need to hire more people to do interior cleaning.

Their service has definitely gone down since I joined 10 years ago. My car sat for 30 minutes after the wash to get dried and vacuumed. The whole time I watched them work in the same car. When they finally got around to my car it was already dried with a lot of water spots on the chrome that I had to ask to have them wipe. They literally spent 12 minutes on my car….

Had a full detail here on a car we sold, we come here for the full wash plus interior. They made our Mazda spotless today. $40 with tip is a steal for how nice your car looks after!

I have repeatedly utilized your car wash services, consistently seeking quality service. Unfortunately, each visit has resulted in a decline in service quality. On a recent occasion, I paid for a vacuuming service that was not performed, and I waited over 15 minutes without a response when requesting a refund. I am still awaiting a resolution to this matter.

This was my first time at Jax Kar Wash, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Chase did an amazing job cleaning my car and even went above and beyond by securing my license plate. The rest of the team was professional, friendly, and helpful in explaining all the options available. I’m so glad I chose the unlimited plan—it’s definitely worth it. Looking forward to coming back again! Go BULLS!! 😉
