While I love the fact that the purchase in my car was a great experience for some reason. This giant company is trying to charge me 3% to use a credit card. And I think that's unacceptable for a giant company. They're not doing me a favor by taking my credit card. I'm giving them business. They should accept it. I'm going to have my services done elsewhere over that 3% and simply save my receipts. To maintain my warranty. Now they're going to lose all the money that I pay for every service that I ever do there over 3% fee. This one transaction alone is $1100 they will not see.

We drove about an hour to the dealership to look at a used car they had after speaking to a rep that said they’d be able to work on the price a bit. When we got there, our salesperson, Michael Adams, originally told us that would not only get the price down for us, but that he’d throw in free tints. Not only did he not work on the price, he actually increased the price by $400 in order to “tint all 4 windows.” The car only had 3 mats, so we asked for mats. He told us he couldn’t get the weather tech mats, but he’d help us with the OEM mats. He then came back to say he couldn’t do that either. The car also has a tire pressure monitor light on. The dealership fees were roughly $2,000 and his explanation of what they were for was not adding up. Call me crazy, but splitting hairs for car mats and tints on a $33,000 purchase seems to be bad business practice when it would only fractionally affect his commission, but has the opportunity to make a customer happy. This is a sure way to never get referrals or repeat business, coming from a fellow sales representative. A little help and honesty goes a long way in today’s world.

First impressions are important, and our first impression was impressive. My daughter and I were looking at a vehicle today. The gal who helped us, named Chelsie, was extremely friendly and polite.
One of my grown daughters went to check out the car for me, as I was at our business at the time. When she came back, she had a lot of info and brochures on the car I was interested in. She test drove it, and was pleased.
After we closed our store, we both went back. Once again, Chelsie helped us. I test drove it, and thanked her for all of her help.
I have not purchased another vehicle yet, but was very pleased with the experience we had today. Will definitely strongly consider them, when I decide what vehicle I want.
