Wonderful selection, employees and return policy. Best place to buy wine as they are the largest retailer of wine in US.

Professional outfit all the way around. Guys who are "Gas Traffic Controllers" at the pumps should get medals for patience. No way could I deal with those cheapskate motorists acting like starving animals. But even "starving animals" would take a pass on Costco pizza. Yeech!

Worst experience ever, lady at the front was not checking no one card only when a young lady wanted to shop that's when she wanted to start working. On top of that she had the nerve to yank my cart, like she bought the cart. Even after I tried telling her to hold on. She then let more than 10 people walk without checking the Costco card. COSTCO YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WITH PEOPLE YOU HIRE. Lucky she did not get spit on.

Can't beat the pizza slice price. Always get my bananas there and enjoy the shrimp cocktail. I also get my gas here always a better price.

We really need to give it up to Costco and thank them for being a staple in so many communities. They provide jobs, fair prices, and so much more. Just take a minute to recognize that while inflation has jumped to double digits since 2020, Costco still provides the best rotisserie chicken and pumpkin pie at 2016 prices! There are other values every day too, but we can appreciate the good deeds being done. Thank you Costco!

Got to be the best consistent gas prices around. The store isn't bad either if you like big purchases.

Love the digital boards as you wait in line to let you know when next pump becomes open. Not all Costco Gas Stations have those.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding a recent experience my husband had at Costco's self-checkout line. The incident occurred while he was purchasing groceries for our baby and his sick father. My husband, who shares the same last name as his father and is also listed on his Costco card, went through the self-checkout line. However, he was stopped by a Costco employee who insisted on verifying his identity. Despite explaining the situation and the valid connection to the Costco card, he was made to wait while the employee fetched the manager.Regrettably, the manager upheld the employee's decision and refused to assist my husband, even though he had the right to use the card. As a result, all the purchased groceries were discarded, causing a significant inconvenience, loss of time, and unnecessary hassle for my husband. While I appreciate the subsequent efforts of the Costco customer service team to rectify the situation by providing my husband with his own Costco card, this gesture does not adequately compensate for the ordeal he endured. The experience has left us deeply dissatisfied with Costco's service and has raised serious concerns about the treatment of customers, especially in situations where the cardholder's identity is evident and valid.

This one is set up properly. 3 pumps per station with plenty of room and notification when one is open.

I visited Costco recently and found their new card confirmation policy to be a bit excessive. My card was checked three times during a single visit. I can't help but wonder if my experience was influenced by my color. While understanding the need for security, it's crucial to ensure that policies are applied equitably and don't inadvertently target or inconvenience specific groups. With such an approach, how much money could they potentially be losing in membership fees? It's essential to strike a balance between security and a welcoming customer experience.

Love this location. I never thought I would say this about a gas station. Not only is it very well maintained and clean, but there are attendants on site that ensure you are safe while pumping, as there are over 20 pumps available.

Love the gas station and many pumps! Sometimes a line, but the traffic control is really good usually.

Good quality gas at a low price, the savings here alone will pay for your membership ...Not all gas is created equal...they have good stuff

Usually 20-40 cents cheaper than any of the local discount gas places. Clean, well organized and they have 18 pumps.Even when there is a line, it moves fast. And who doesn’t want to save $5-$10 per fill up?

Worst Costco I've ever been too. Galena is the rudest Costco employee I have ever encountered in all my years going to Costco. 6/11 She screamed at me for not showing my membership card to her as I went to member services (you don't need to show your card to go in that door when you make a return or go to the food court) I reported her. I came back to shop on 7/10, she was at the door- I confronted her and explained how her behavior was uncalled for an she owed me an apology, she laughed, dismissed me, told me I was rude and argued with me and then moved onto the next customer. I turned around and returned all $300 items I just bought. Desmond- he's unfriendly, rude, horrible demeanor and I've never seen someone inspect an unopened box of crackers for 60 seconds in my life. He's declined to a return a couple things, when Costco has the best return policy ever and they were unopened! Tim- my mother has a service animal. This is the ONLY business in Florida that questions your disability and ask questions that violate HIPPA and are none of their business. They should be fined for this.
