I just bought 2021 equinox, I just had the greatest experience I've ever had buying a car thanks to Captain Jim and the great people at Cox Chevrolet I would recommend going there to anyone who is looking for a decent car they will go out of their way to help you do whatever you need to to get you in that car I love that place bye.

Very disappointed in their customer service and communication. Don't buy a vehicle from here unless you have $$$$. Thinking of buying from here but changed my mind quickly when I heard stories and experience about situation dealing with the service department, including other businesses that have to deal with them. So š¢

I have a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. They charged me over $500 for ādiagnosticā on my truck and managed to miss that my battery was dying. Stuck in a parking lot a day after I got it out of service. Spent $2,000 to replace a coolant pump and to replace parking sensors. A day later the parking sensors arenāt working. So, for over $2,000 in diagnostics and repairs Iām no better off than when I brought it in. This is an awful reflection on the quality of Chevrolet trucks and service.

Went for an oil change... had an appointment at 10am didn't leave till 12... at 1.5 hrs into waiting asked how it was going and told they were finishing up. I happen to walk by and saw my truck on the ground and no one working on it. When walking back by my truck was on the lift and guy was taking lug nuts off. I went and asked the guy I checked I with and thebone that had told me it was being finished up, why they were doing that. He went and looked and asked me what I wanted to do cause they were rotating my tires. Even tho I had said I didnt want that done and had just 10-15 mins before say I had to get going cause this was taking way to long. He then goes back in and helps rotate the tires... He then walks by and goes into the office and then comes out and asks me to come sign paperwork. I walk back over to the door and see they are just then draining the oil... so I was lied to about my truck being buttoned up. Because when I was told that it hadn't even been touched. There is never a reason to lie to a customer... I bought the truck there and have made a point to do all service work there... but that will not continue after being lied to... and to take 2 hrs for an oil change is absolutely not good customer service.

Let me start by saying. My wife and I have shopped at a lot of the dealers around here. No one has matched the speed and quality of customer service that this dealer has. Travis and Brian thank-you for working hard and diligently to get me and my wife in the vehicle we wanted! You guys are awesome! Cox Just gained a customer for a lifetime.
