The experience my family and I had at Cox Chevy can only be described as perfection and professionalism. The employees at Cox Chevy have a deep and passionate concern for what my family needed and could afford. A very sincere thank you to Caitlin Gray, Ed Conti and Oscar Acosta; these three worked beyond fairness and kindness to display a real and true meaning of honesty and integrity. Their dedication to helping me get to a monetarily manageable payment was impressive. I acquired two great, safe and new vehicles at a price that only dreams are made of. Thank you for your diligence and courtesy in taking care of me and making sure my family will be in the safest and nicest vehicles possible while at a price point that is very reasonable and manageable. I have been going to Cox Chevrolet in Bradington Florida for the past 1+. Every time I go I am treated like I am part of the Chevy family there. Always greeted at the service department with a smile and asking how I have been and my family since my last visit. When I have had issues with my truck the service Mr. Roberto and David Hey are on top of there game with 100% customer support and service. Every time I go In they tell me upfront what my issues are and ensure I get too quality care not only for my truck but myself included. I moved from Palmetto FL to Fort Myers and I still drive an 1 1/2 hrs to get top quality service. As being a disabled veteran they always thank me for my service for defending our home front. And after being retired for 6 yrs it still makes me feel blessed to know some still care. So I would like to say thank you to the great team of Cox’s Chevrolet for your service and taking care of your customers.

I was to have an appointment with Lisa and the morning of she said she wouldn’t be there but to ask for Billy. Boy am I glad that connection happened. Billy was spectacular. Chatting with him was easy. He listened to what I wanted and talked me though that plus other options. He was funny and very personable. I was happy to have him as my contact and salesman. I will recommend him any chance I get.

I have been a customer of Cox Chevrolet for about ten years. I bought two cars from them. I really like the way they work with customers in a non intimidating way. Both of my purchases went smoothly and I left thinking we were all happy with the deal! This dealership provides great service after the purchase as well. They have a knowledgeable service department who are ready to help when needed. I have been pleased and have had good experiences at Cox Chevrolet. I got my first Corvette from them ten years ago and I’m still driving that Baby! Love my car! Tom Smothers

I recently had a truly disappointing experience with Cox Chevrolet that left me not only frustrated but deeply upset. I am a social worker at an agency that specializes in homeless prevention. One of my clients who was on the verge of losing her housing due to an injury, told me that she was having car trouble and took the car back to the dealership where she bought it (Cox) because she had no family and no support system in the community. She dropped the car off and they performed an inspection which they charged her ($293) to provide a repair estimate. The repair estimate was for $2700. This client is still paying payments on this vehicle to the tune of $360 a month. The client was completely overwhelmed. I offered to call and speak to the sales department manager to see if I could explain her situation and get the fee waived. I sent the repair estimate that they provided to another automotive repair shop that has done stellar work in the past for previous clients (no fee to inspect) and there has been no complaints of price gouging or markups. He provided an estimate of $1700 for the same repairs. I called Cox and asked if the inspection fee could be waived or the client billed. Luke stated that he would talk to his manager but stated that it was unlikely for it to be waived and billing is not an option. He then calls me back to tell me that the fee will not be waived and the car is held hostage until payment. Now if this client cannot pay they will certainly resell the car after completing the repairs. This client even bought a warranty that didn’t cover any of the problems. The insensitivity and inflexibility I encountered during this interaction with Cox Chevrolet was truly disheartening. It's disheartening to think that a business, especially one dealing with customers on a daily basis, would be so unsympathetic to the plight of someone in this young lady’s position. I understand that Cox Chevrolet is a business, and they have their policies, but this situation called for a bit of understanding and a willingness to make an exception in the face of genuine hardship. In the end, the client borrowed money from her mother who is on social security to pay their inspection fee and was able to take the car to the other mechanic, where now the car will be fixed properly and at a much lower cost. Good job Cox for only caring about the $293! I strongly believe that a business should be more than just about making money; it should also have a social responsibility to the community it serves. The same community that puts the money in their pockets to begin with. In this regard, Cox Chevrolet fell short in an appalling way. I would strongly advise anyone considering Cox Chevrolet for their automotive needs to think twice.

They gave me a dud battery replacement. I drove with it for a year and it broke. They warrantied it, but still charged me $70 to "service" in 5 min. They then replace it with another dud battery. I come in about a year later and they tell me this new "dud" battery is not covered under a new warranty. So I have to pay full price and get it "serviced". Great job taking care of your customers Chevy.

Made an appointment for an OIL CHANGE. My mother got a coupon for friends and family for $10.00 off.Was told I couldn't use it because an oil change is considered "special services". So now oil changes are "special" not routine...Well my appointment was at 1pm, dude even said I was his only 1pm appointment. So I sat outside waiting for 2 hrs for my car. First my car sat a good 30 min before even being taken into the bay...then it was over an hr for them to pull a plug, and oil filter off to drain it and refill with oil. Why does it take so long for a job that takes less than 30 min. ???Never again will I go back for another oil change. And their coupons are false advertising and not good for anything. Dude couldn't even tell me what it could be used for...So damn irritated ? ?

Was going to drop my car off and pick it up next day. They were quick and I drove it home same day. Also the price was better than I was expecting. And the people I spoke with were well trained in customer service.Thank you

Went to Cox to look at a new car. Tamer was my salesperson and he got me a fantastic price on the car I wanted. Even though they were very busy, Tamer gave me his undivided attention and provided me excellent service. He even had my new car detailed while the paperwork was done. All and all a great experience!

I had an amazing experience with the staff at this location. I was involved in a car accident and my car was deemed a total loss and I wasn’t sure where to go and I’m absolutely satisfied with the decision I made to go to Cox. Miguel was the best person to help us look for a vehicle. He let us test drive everything we were looking at and was able to answer any questions that we had about the cars. I would highly recommend him to anyone goin got look! Steve was amazing to work with as well especially when we were waiting for our settlement from the insurance company and was totally flexible with our schedule. Neal was very helpful as well and was able to fully explain the signing process and he was able to explain any questions that we had about the different plans available. The three of them made our car buying process very smooth and stress-free.
