Today my husband and I were looking for a storage unit, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Tony Woods at CubeSmart. Tony was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to show us two different storage unit options, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. His customer service went above and beyond, and we truly appreciated the personal attention he gave us.
Thank you, Tony, for making what could have been a stressful process feel so smooth and easy! Highly recommend working with him if you’re in need of storage.

This place is not nice to professional movers! The lady working there was nasty and rude!! They do not accommodate semi trucks!!

I Have Not Had Such Great Customer Service in Such a Long Time As I Had Here! Tony is the Best! He helped me get what I was looking for and got me taken care of. Very pleased with the process of renting a unit. Extremely nice and pleasant staff. I highly recommend people to consider renting their units from here. I just had a issue with me losing my key and they came over and got me back in my unit. Very pleased with the service and staff and will recommend this place to everyone that needs a unit.
