Wow can I say I've had one of the most worst customers experiences I've ever had. Today while waiting in line very patiently for an old lady that was taking about 10 minutes at a register My turn was next A lady from the pharmacy that works at CVS wish to the right of me I was minding my own business and I stepped forward once the lady started to walk away before I did this the lady interrupted me and said your next sir and I said I know I can see this I've been waiting here for a little while she very rudely said well you know what and ask for change to the cashier Kayla and cut in front of me today at 6:45 p.m. as a customer I feel disrespected just because she wanted to be condescending to me and I stood up to her I don't think any grown adult needs to be told that they're next or to go forward or be rushed when they've been patiently waiting. I will never do business with CVS or with this woman or the cashier ever again. All just to get some gum . Disgusted and I'm refusing business with CVS due to the audacity of Denise g*****.

The cashier at this cvs is miserable. I don’t usually post negative comments, but she just hated her job and was extremely rude. Her name was Irene. She’s in the wrong business. She shouldn’t talk to people.

Very rude lady in pharmacy!!! If you don’t like your job find a new one !!! Being rude to people while they’re sick is nasty work CVS PHARMACY!!!

I just started using this location after I recently moved to Bradenton. I have only had one polite and friendly interaction in a half dozen visits to pick up my prescriptions. Would it kill the person at the window to say hello instead of a gruff "date of birth" in a tone that telegraphs complete annoyance at having to wait on me? One time, I tried to give the rep my doctor's name for an upcoming prescription refill, and she just seemed to zone out and said goodbye... once I had to go inside to pick up a script, and the PHARMACIST asked me in front of a crowd of customers WHY I was being given a particular prescription. I'm sure he was concerned about interactions with another med I was prescribed, but it was a clear violation of my privacy under the current health privacy act laws and unprofessional. I am changing pharmacies even though this location is closest to me.

The Pharmacy has gone above and beyond. A pharmacist specifically named Trang worked hard to find my order. She kept a smile the whole time and found it. The store has come a long ways. A very well staffed pharmacy now!

Requested a callback on a prescription that was ready. It is an expensive medicine that I use a manufacturer’s coupon for. I get this medicine every 3 months and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they charge me full price, and I always have to speak with someone in the pharmacy to adjust it. Tonight, the jerk who called me back was useless, didn’t want to help me, and hung up on me. This CVS has gone from bad to worse!

I used to be a huge fan of CVS as I was a customer for over 20 years but the pharmacist they have on staff at this location is impossible to work with. He is ignorant of the guidelines and chooses to make decisions without researching the correct information and regulations. Being in the medical field for over 20 years and have not once had such a negative experience with a pharmacist therefore I was compelled to leave a review and send notification to corporate (there are a few ex I witnessed with other customers so those were sent in my communication as well). If you want positive friendly service that follows correct procedures as to filling medication I recommend you go to a local independent pharmacy or Walgreens as I have never been so appalled by any other pharmacy than this CVS.
