I came in tonight to pick up my father's prescription which was recently released from the hospital and required to take the same night. When I came into CVS Dr. Patel was working and stated he did not receive the prescription. I proceeded to call the hospital to figure out the error. In which 2 minutes before closing the Dr. rolled down the security wall. I pleaded with him stating my father needs to take the medication so he doesn't have to be readmitted. Dr. Patel showed no remorse and when u asked him for his name he asked "Would you like my social number as well." Over the years I came to trust and rely on CVS's pharmacies in the overall goal to help people in need and I didn't receive that tonight.

I just wanted to share that I was in there today, and once again, the staff was very helpful. Every time I go in there, it's always a good experience. They're willing to help me with any questions that I have, and they also apply coupons that help keep my cost down on my medications, I find that to be people who really care about there customers.The staff Doesn't always get enough credit for what they do, but they always go the extra mile to take of thier customers like me.

I would like to thank Melissa for taking the time to fill all of my medication at the last moment. She was super nice and very professional. She went above to make sure I was good. So is super special. I was people took the time at the end of the shift to go above the standards. Thank you again

I regret to say that my experiences with this pharmacy have been consistently disappointing. The staff, particularly the main pharmacists, lack the people skills essential for providing good customer service. On multiple occasions, I have been confused about my medication and left on hold for extended periods while they try to sort things out. Their communication is often rude, and I have even been brought to tears by their condescending attitude.
Each month, there seems to be a new issue with my prescription. When they do eventually find a solution, it comes after much argument and without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.
A pharmacy should be a place where you feel supported and understood, but unfortunately, that is not the case here. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking compassionate and competent service.

Pharmacist at this location is on Target!! ? Friendly & prompt. Convenient store shopping at Target, the entire Target staff go above & beyond to help. They never point you in a direction, most stop what they are doing and walk you in the direction of your inquiry. If a staff member is uncertain, they promptly consult a cell telephone, or another staff member. My wife & I are sold on this location! Great landscaping outside as well! New Palm trees are great. It would be nice to see a garden department open to compete with Walmart, Lowe’s & HomeDepot.

The pharmacist at this location tonight was anything BUT Helpful! Didn’t offer any advice on the prescriptions I was picking up for my husband who just got released from the hospital and when I asked, he suggested a probiotic before quickly leaving the counter to help somebody else. It was impossible to find in the store to the degree that I got frustrated and left! Well this is not the regular pharmacy I pick up from, there is a stark difference in the level of professionalism, quality of customer service and general care. If you have an option to use a different CVS I would highly suggest it!

My husband did the drive up covid test. The tech gave very clear instructions and was professional. Our only complaint is how long the results take to get!

Do not use CVS. I have tried to use their coupons which are so restrictive even the employees don't understand the terms. The shelves NEVER have the products stocked. I try to show the emails on my phone with the the employee commenting "Humm". This happens at the Stores in Holmes Beach, Bradenton, St Petersburg. All over SouthWest Florida I have called and emailed the customer service department with absolutely no response. They are using fictitious, scam techniques to get you into the store and then up sell you. Go to Wallgreens or Walmart and STOP getting cheated by CVS. If I could give them no star, I would.

Anthony the pharmacist is very helpful, unlike Walmart, he actually takes the time to talk to you and make you feel human. After going to CVS I will never go to another Walmart, the people at Walmart treat you like your from another planet.
