The automated service couldn't understand me I called about four times they just kept asking me to leave a voicemail and then when I started to leave the voicemail they hung up on me twice. And then the third time I called back I finally got a pharmacist on the phone and he was explaining to me that my medication is over the counter so I was asking him if I could just because I have insurance if I he could just fill the prescription over the counter the pharmacy and he said no and I said I don't understand why and he hung up on me. Trust me I will figure out his name cuz I'm on my way there now. People are rude for no reason I'm sorry that he had a bad day but you don't got to take it out on me and hang up on me especially since you being a lead pharmacist for you to do that.

I went to go take a passport photo but the person who did it was a bit rushed and even though he saw that my sleeve was disheveled in the proof, he didn’t comment on it. I didn’t see it until after he printed the images. I mentioned it but he pretended like he didn’t hear me, so I paid for them. But I have to retake them because it will be on my passport for 10 years. So I just spent $22 for nothing. Wouldn’t recommend; just be kind and help your customer, try to care a little. So dumb.

Worst pharmacy around. They are greedy. They immediately clicked my prescriptions into the system immediately billed my insurance but neglected to fill my important medication to prevent my infection from hitting my lungs any harder as a chronic severe asthmatic before closing. I had to have the prescriptions sent to Walgreens where they were unable to bill my insurance since again THIS CVS decided to be greedy and negligent. Choose any pharmacy but this CVS.

Horrible pharmacy, very rude and unprofessional. Their automatic system is the worst. Use Walgreens if able to. My blood pressure goes up every time I have to deal with them.

I called in a refill for my medication and was told that Medicare would not pay for it. The representative then asked if I would like for her to check to see if I could get 2 refills which might be cheaper.she then placed me on hold by laying the phone down. Then I heard her ask another lady about the procedure to which she replied, “so he wants to get 60 pills for 30 days”? The original representative was trying to explain, then I plainly heard the pharmacist say yes I could get 2 prescriptions of 15 that should last 60 days. Then, they all 3 and another lady all started laughing and making jokes about my request for 60 pills. I never asked for 60 pills. The original representative asked me if I wanted her to get me 2 prescriptions of 15 each. It was her idea but the 3 or 4 of them began joking and laughing more. Well, I was embarrassed, angry and hurt that 3-4 employees would be laughing at me, my condition and my need for prescribed medication. I just wonder how many customers might have over heard there little joke session. When I picked up the medication, I informed the pharmacist that I had heard their jokes and laughter and I told him with HIPPA laws and the fact that it is 2024, that he and his staff had acted unprofessional to which he exclaimed they weren’t laughing at me. I heard every word, every remark and every laugh while they had their happy moment embarrassing me. It was December 23, 2024 @ 3:50pm. I didn’t catch his name but this behavior is not professional, probably against CVS rules of patient privacy and quite embarrassing, frustrating and unprofessional. i just hope CVS at least talks to the employees about professionalism. Also too, CVS, you lost a customer today. Tell that to the pharmacist and see how much he laughs!

rude RX Staff- trying to get recpts for a previously uncovered drug now being covered by mt PartD- previous store was shut down so called CVS 1-800 offices for copies told they called and to go to my current CVS and rx copies would be ready. got there was told can't and won't help you. WALGREENS here i come.

Worst customer service ever. They will cancel your pick up order for no reason and make you waste your time calling customer service just for them to tell you that you were right and to go all the way back to pick up your order.

Worst customer service . No one is ever on the register . Walked in to do a return, told two employees walking away from the register; Instead of helping me they said “we’ll be back” and left the registers unattended . This store desperately needs a manager, and some customer service training for their current employees .

Whenever I go to the pharmacy I feel very good, I think they should do better in very small things, such as customer service in general, but nothing that cannot be resolved, with effort and work among the team, there is almost always something what I'm looking for so I have no problems with that.
