Terrific, helpful and efficient pharmacy staff! My physician’s office ‘forgot’ to call in an antibiotic after an early morning office visit, no Rx after 2 followup phone calls by 4pm. I contacted the pharmacist who compassionately and expeditiously called the MD office and had the Rx ready within 30 minutes! Thank you!!!

I get an important prescription here every 3 months and this is the 2nd time they didn’t have it in stock and screwed up. It’s unacceptable and ridiculous.

I will say other than the constant issues I've had with pharmacy in past months. The store is ran with quite a lot of dilligence and respect for the customer. Staff seems to Care about helping with any questions or needs that I have when I shop there. What is REALLY A BREATHE of fresh air is they do it with a exceptional great attitude. ,( unfortunately theses days a lot of places fell to waist side when it comes to good service. C V S is EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THANK THEM FOR THAT. I HAVE NEVER LEFT THERE NOT SATISFIED. THE STORE THAT IS.( PHARMACY IS A WHOLE OTHER STORY). PLEASE Don't ALLOW THAT TO DISCOURAGE FROM SHOPPING @ CVS. THANKS.

The LWR CVS on SR70 is the best run pharmacy in the area! The store associates including Shawn, Trevor, and the rest of the other staff along with the pharmacists, go out of their way to help and serve all the customers. The general manager does a great job managing this store!

Staff are good here but the photo printer quality is terrible. There are extremely blurry with significant color artifacts on the prints. I've used photo printing at this location twice and wouldn't recommend it at all.

The man who originally helped me was very kind. The issue was that he said my husband’s prescription had been picked up already this month. Neither one of us had picked it up. I called him to confirm. I went back in and talked to them again they should be a picture of him picking it up. I asked if they are sure they have the right date and the other employee screamed at me saying she wouldn’t have gotten the picture without typing in the date. Very embarrassed at this point I left again. I went back in to check one last time and in a very rude and disrespectful manor she said to me it was picked up on January 4th so I said I understand that but it’s February. I am leaving this review not because I’m upset that there was an error in the man’s work or that I had to keep coming back in wasting my time for about an hour. I’m upset the way the situation was handled. Working in customer service myself I would never yell and disrespect anyone for asking questions and being concerned that the medication was picked up by an unauthorized person. To make it clear I was not rude about the incorrect information that was given I asked questions to get to the bottom of what was going on. I would like to mention as well I was not the only person she was rude to while I was there for many customers to come and go.
