If I could 0 STARS I WOULD!! Felt absolutely discriminated against when trying to fill my prescription. As everything was normal till I came back to pick up!!! I was told we couldn’t fill one of today which was perfectly fine. I asked how long & was told to come back before 9pm to pick up the other 3. When I returned to pick my prescriptions up. I was told we work with your provider & your Dr but we have to verify everything which makes absolutely no sense at all I live not even ten mins from your location & not only is that I have provided all the necessary information for my prescriptions!!! What’s the problem here!! It’s the simple fact that you are looking at me crazy based on what he medication I am taking & that is definitely not ok. I should have been told up front my medication couldn’t be filled as I could have taken it else where to have it filled!! My lawyer will be in contact & thanks for making me feel so uncomfortable the most uncomfortable I have ever felt which I shouldn’t feel that way when trying to get medication to take care of my well being!! Absolutely ridiculous good luck!! I’ll definitely be shouting for the roof tops about this discrimination to the fullest!!

Very frustrating experience trying to fill RX for my dad after his surgery! Took me 2 days to get half of what the dr ordered and CVS was not helpful in finding out where the meds were or why we had to keep jumping through hoops. This should not happen to anyone let alone elderly who need meds after a procedure. Finally had the prescriptions moved to Walmart Pharmacy in Bradenton and they were so helpful and able to get us what we needed. CVS you need to make some changes, we were long time customers who are now long gone.

Sat in line for pharmacy line 15 mins after having surgery and it was 1:31 by the time I got to the window and the rude lady told me I was shit out of luck on getting my medicine and even if I was in line it doesn’t matter and had to wait for them to come back from lunch while they are helping the line inside she couldn’t even bother to help me real quick. Her name is Tracy who that works there. I in a lot of pain haven’t ate and drink shit since yesterday and her lunch was more important to helping me out which would have took 2 mins after I just sat in line the whole time waiting. Inconsiderate and rude and unprofessional. I’m changing pharmacy’s after today and I have to drive back up there after having surgery to get my meds when I was in line for OVER 15 mins to get told no. Unprofessional!

Went in to create Christmas cards and struggled with the technology. Fortunately, a clerk named Natalia came to my rescue. Walked me through the process, while helping another customer print photos at the same time. Thanks so much Natalia. A good star for you!

They have saved me twice when a closer CVS didn’t have my prescription. Everyone is super nice and kind! Definitely recommend and will be switching! Great group of people!

Worse CVS I have ever been in. Store clerk horrible. No greeting ..n9 smile..did not even look at me even though I was forced to use self checkout and still required her input due to an age verification item being purchased. No wonder AI is taking jobs away

Horrible service. Never even bothered to call to say they couldn't fill a prescription because it's unavailable from the manufacturer. Wasted a whole day waiting.

Yesterday visited a CVS pharamacy drive up in Venice,FL and was super fast. Went to this location for another and waiting in my vehicle in line 3 cars for 30 minutes. After getting to the window it was easy to see that the person working the window was more concerned with visiting with the other workers while I waited. There was zero urgency and took a very long time for my transaction that was ready to be picked up. Very Poor customer service and interaction. I challenge the management team to monitor productivity of the workers and to use common courtesy even at the drive up. This is the only location I have had issues. I don't plan to return to this location. It was that bad as the worker seemed to care less about doing anything.

Having been a CVS customer for two decades, I was VERY sad to learn that our family medications are significantly less expensive using GoodRX at Costco. I wish they had advised me. But their coupon offers are great.

This review option resulted from a Google search for Milano cosmetics. Don't waste your time going to Lakewood Ranch Blvd CVS if you're purchasing Milano makeup. The selection is terrible!
