I went in asking for a new set of gel X, but they pushed me into getting a builder gel fill, which is not the proper way to do gel x in the first place. I didn’t want to be difficult so I reluctantly agreed. During hand filing of the side nail, the tech cut me to the point of bleeding. Then when she started the heart design I requested, I told her on the first finger that I didn’t like it because it was much smaller than in the inspo picture. She ultimately ignored me and kept going. The nails turned out super thick, which I assume is due to using the builder gel instead of doing new gel x. I paid $80 plus tip, and I absolutely hate the way they turned out. The tech was in the phone the entire time she did my nails, and clearly didn’t care that I was visibly not thrilled with the end result. The hearts are all different shapes and sizes and not centered or even. I wish she would’ve given me the option to just do all solid after I first spoke up. I always go to Tony for my French manicures and he is consistently excellent! Always friendly and helpful, the staff go above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
Today I had a pedicure with Leo and he was excellent. He did an excellent job sculpting two nails for me that had been damaged by shoes too small.
I highly recommend this salon!

This place messed up my nails so badly, I asked for a simple design and it looks like a kindergarten did it. If you can’t do it then just say that. I immediately went over to Walmart to buy remover and take them off, what a waste of my time and money.

I absolutely love my nails! 💅 The team at Deluxe Nail Spa is amazing—friendly, detail-oriented, and so talented. They really take their time to make sure everything is perfect, and the quality of their work is outstanding. My nails came out exactly how I wanted (actually, even better!), and I’ve received so many compliments. The salon is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. We love deluxe nails spa! When we first moved here, this was the first place we tryed.mgirls and I love coming here to get our nails ?and pedicures here. They are always so nice and a nice environment.?

I have had both Henry and Laura do my nails. They both are great and take such good care of my nails. The shop itself is always clean, the stylists clean up after themselves, they use a vacuum system to keep down the dust, and the bathroom is always clean. I bring all kinds of styles and they always kill them! See pictures

Worst pedicure ever. They should rename the salon to Express Nail spa. I did not get polish but my pedi was done in 15 minutes. The massage was weak and was more of a light rub over and over in the same spot than a massage. Within 2 days the bottom of my feet felt like sand paper. Will never go back.

Basic pedicure was $32 and was very rushed and my toes do not look professionally done...(one coat, messy edges, polish on my skin). The decor and lighting were not pleasing. The place didn't feel neat or clean. The polish selection was just ok. I will say that the people were nice enough and took my daughter and I for manicures and pedicures without appointments which I appreciated. But other than that I didn't like the place, the experience, or the outcome so I wouldn't go back. Most places I've gone, even the basic pedicure is leisurely and enjoyable. This was like a drive-thru pedicure.
