Just pulled up to my local Dicks. It’s 9:40am on Sunday.
I have a sporting event at 10:30 and need a few things.
There are so many sporting related activities that adults and kids participate in early in on the weekends. It’s unfortunate that a sporting goods store doesn’t understand or respect that and adjust their hours to provide service to its customers that want to give them business. Or need to give them business…
I know, I know I could have planned ahead and probably should have.

This is the worst Dicks sporting goods I have ever been to. It was completely disorganized and the employees were very unhelpful. One of the managers Travis was completely rude and unprofessional when talking to customers.

The employees there have no clue on what they are doing, we asked about the promos going on and the called the manager Travis, who also has no clue. So we ask him about price matching from a hoodie that’s on the website,
And he had so much attitude so unprofessional!

Some people there are very lazy . They give me wrong info about the product . Go the Brandon location and I bought the product. . People working there are very helpful.

Yeah, some of the workers at this location are not courteous. There’s this one girl with glasses, short, a bit heavyset that had the rudest face and attitude as I was with my young daughter trying the golf clubs on the green for an upcoming game. She comes over and gives us a suspicious look and seemed annoyed and walks away. Was ready to spend big bucks on clubs but decided not to. Fake a smile at least.

Spent over $500 at Dick’s Sporting Goods store for my grandson’s baseball attire but when I went to return one item for $25, they offered me 2 dollars because I didn’t have my receipt so they’ve lost me as a customer! Shame on them!

I've got to give Bob in golf shop credit for doing a fantastic job with my new putter grip! Outstanding job and it feels great! Thanks again!

Great store to pick up snorkel gear, body board and frisbee for the beach. Decent quality for an affordable price.

Deceptive marketing! Sale sign on a large rack of sports bras that says $14.98. There are at least 6 rows on each side of the display. I found one I might like. At the register it comes up a different price. After trying to find out why. The sales girl says it is only this “one” type of sports bra. Think of small chested people that don’t have to try and tie down those breasts! Needless to say Amy would not consider honoring the advertised price that was placed in a placard over the entire display! They lost our business over $30.00.

Could the staff possibly care less? I entered to see a young woman behind the counter, about five feet from me, who glanced at me, then away. When I walked toward her and said a cheery "good morning " she looked up with an expression of complete surprise. I asked where to find women’s sweatpants. "Nike have some." Oh. Okay. And others?Blank look. "Scattered around?" Yes.Off in search of them. Clearly wandering, I passed two other employees who never looked at me.The store was completely empty but for employees, myself, and my wife. Possibly the least interested staff I've ever seen. We'd get better service at a truck stop.

Not a place to get kids and youth things...the Brandon store has a bigger selection...Nike is not the only brand of sport wear...no verity of products

Don't even try to stop at this location. Very rude personnel, no AC, and very limited inventory. I made the mistake of stopping by a few weeks ago while running errands in the area. I have a membership since at least 7 years ago, and at this time, I paid almost $200 for some items and on my way out, the people that were not where to be found; when I was in need of help. They all appeared and activated the alarm when I was getting through the sensors, on my way out. Off course the pseudo-I wanna be important supervisor? Shout out very loudly and un-politely: "what you got there?" To what I responded, "stolen items off course" he checked the bag and said: "you good"...with not apologies for his lack of minimal courtesy. Off course I was okay. But I'm "brown", so I guess their policy consist on racist protocols that requires the activation of alarms on not"white looking people" because during my whole time there no other person went through an experience even close to mine. Very unpleasant experience and certainly I'm not going back to that location ever again!!!

Employees need to be available more often, or hire more .
