Felipe was able to resolve my issue in a very short time. I spent 2 months, 8 phone calls, numerous emails truing to get this problem solved with other people in the company. He took care of it within one hour and 2 phone calls! I’m so impressed with his courtesy and level of professionalism!

Natalia was the most helpful person I’ve spoken with. Not saying anyone else does a bad job but her customer service was top tier. She made an experience I usually dread one that was very relieving. Give that woman a raise!!

I spoke with an insurance agent at Doc Auto and he made me feel like family. The agent was very thorough in assisting me and highly intelligent with the type of car I was getting insured. Ian Rosenthal came through in the clutch because all the other so called insurance agency's prices were sky high. After talking with Ian, he made me feel like family.
