I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Traysha or something like that they sould fired her, the manager at Dollar General. Her customer service skills are severely lacking, and she has consistently demonstrated an unwillingness to assist customers. Every interaction with her has been unpleasant and frustrating. Traysha’s attitude is rude and unprofessional, and she shows no interest in resolving issues or helping customers in any meaningful way. It's clear that she does not care about providing a positive experience, and her behavior reflects poorly on the entire store. I strongly advise avoiding any dealings with her if possible.

This place seems really well stocked with items both dry and food from the cooler. The emergency supplies as well as household items. Nice assortment of holiday items. Staff seem very friendly.

I've made this my home store. I'll definitely travel a little further to come here. The store was clean, inviting and very well stocked. I spoke with the manager to give her a compliment on the store and she said it was all due to her awesome team members.The sales associate at check out made sure check for any deals on my purchases.Thank you for such a great store and service.

Store very organized, stocked and great employees. The manager & her team do a great job. It’s nice knowing the same employees have been working here for a long time. I’ve been shopping here for 5 years and the same faces still work there. That shows management must be amazing.

First time in this dollar General….. wow, clean and stocked!! The isles are wide and clear of all boxes I haven’t seen a dollar store in the area look this good. The employees were all smiling and happy. Seems like a great place to work.

Terrible customer service... very rude. The manager talked to people like she was belittling them. No signs for the self checkout when its closed just awful!

Very good place to shop been coming here for years…I had really good experience with this worker name Stacey very nice she went out her way to try and save me some money with coupons and was very helpful with helping find what I needed

Manager argued with me about digital coupons not working nation wide and refused to just over ride giving me $10 off. He was super unprofessional and possibly needs a job not dealing with people.

On December 17th 2022 I was in the store shopping when I overheard the SM Trish talking to another customer about my son Dennis Rothacher and his fiance Jasmine. I was in the other isle and heard the whole conversation, when I confronted Trish about what she said. She lied about it all. This customer goes to all the dollar generals and uses coupons. I find this disrespectful and unprofessional. To many people gossip and she watch because you never know who will be in the store. I won't tolerant anyone talking about my family to other customers. Please address this issue.

Easily the best DG site in the area. The store is far cleaner in other sites with out of stock issues less frequent. Around the corner from my house I've acquired over two years of shopping experience to establish my conclusion. The Store Manager is fantastic she offers warm greetings and general interaction while taking a real interest in issues or potential complaints.
