Nasty female cashier, she threw my items on the floor and refused to make even eye contact with me or speak a single word. Like I worked at Dollat Tree for years it's not that bad. You don't have to talk to me but to throw my items on the floor? Absolute insanity

Dollar tree closes at 10:00 p.m. I pulled in 5 minutes before, the attendant sees me, looks at me, and then walks away. I walk up to the door and they say sorry. This is a chain and a corporate entity, I didn't know that corporate entities can close their doors before the said time. There is a reason behind closing hours. The reason being that you should be able to leave your house to go to the location knowing that they will be open. Why else is there a closing time?

This store is so unprofessional employees and managers without name tags . Always frieght in the floor. Employees trash on the shelves their drinks and wrappers. Then manager and staff stare at you like you're a thief unprofessional when all your doing is shopping and helping them with their paycheck. The only nice person today was the lady at the register the male manager and other female employee hateful and no name badge so can't call them out .

Great job ! New managers have all been working very hard although it would help if the cashiers cared about the store and actually worked. Disheartening to see them leave a Mgr to do their job and also cashiering all alone, in store PLEASE DO BETTER & have the store well staffed at all times please especially with more customers store is getting! Rude customers don't make it easier but this the Hispanic looking Mgr lady has professionally dealt with like so customers and does amazing at her job from what I have witnessed. Store manager needs to make sure products stays out the boxes and on the shelves for purchasing mann

Dollar Tree seriously needs to pay to have some more employees to be here to put the stuff away. We can't even see the product. Empty shelves. Line of at least 10 people nonstop. Only one line open. Get more employees Dollar Tree.

I go in on Saturday December 9th and go to back to get a broom I see heads but no handles so I go back up front and ask to get told no we don't have any! And no one else does!!!! i NOT sure what's worse the fact that they CAN'T order handles!!!! Or the FACT that they can't have a little RESPECT for customers to put a sigh up telling people this!!!

Great supplies found and clean store, but the only issue which is common everywhere nowadays, is staff shortages. Now that doesn't give reason to also have customer service go too!Today at this DT, the manager was extremely rude and speaking to customers unprofessional. Resulting in many customers walking out of the cashier's line and leaving their goods behind on their way out of the store.There are situations at every workplace, ways to learn how to resolve it and keep it going.
