The employees are friendly...
I just wished the last two times I was at the store that I wasn't seeing employees standing outside smoking and then throwing their cigarette butts on the ground instead of disposing them properly... Just isn't right...

Kudos to Gabe! Polite and attentive, exceptional Customer Service. Store was actually clean, many working stocking and areas kept clear. Can't say that for most all Locations I've been in.

Edrien was the employee who checked us out today. Great review, he was very nice and professional to us. He was the only one I could see on registers and had a long line and was helpful, quick plus had everyone waiting in line smiling!

I was in this store twice today. The first time around 4:45pm the second about 8pm with my visually handicapped wife. My earlier visit, the store was busy. I checked out with a tall thin girl with huge fake lashes and a cropped half T-shirt. She was nice but not what I have ever seen there before. My second visit there were several people in in line when we entered. I watched the young lady get a bunch of balloons for a customer and she called out for assistance several times. No one else was around. She made it through the line like a champ and then was straightening the Christmas decorations. My wife asked for her help with some boxes for cookies. Let's face it women just speak this language. We were talking and the gentleman who finally appeared from the bank, started to call her name..she responded that she was helping my wife and I. She would be right there. There were people ready to check out. He got upset she was working with us and told the people at the register he could take them on register 1. She excused herself and said she was coming she was just finishing up with us. I watched this young lady for quite sometime. She was the only employee I saw the entire time I was there except when I saw the man appear from the back with a broom.This girl is new and she is so funny and friendly. She was working hard and I personally saw her sweeping, emptying a basket with tins and helping every customer with a great smile. My wife was simply delighted by her. I don't know her name but she was great! The man who was there was very kert with her. She is a hard worker and this store is lucky to have her! Great customer service!

This dollar tree has some nice employees but one cashier, maybe a manager , heavy set woman with brown hair was so rude! That one register and then was helping someone with balloons and because I seen her at the register even though the light wasn’t on, I put all my things on the belt to be rung up. She seen me do this she seen me standing there for about five minutes while she did the balloons, then she walked away and went to the number one register which had the light on indeed, but she didn’t even say ma’am, you need to go to register one with the light on. No I find that to be rude because I asked her why didn’t you tell me that you weren’t coming back to this register and she said I should’ve seen the light on basically people like that do not need to work with the public , I’m very disappointed up here often when I am Bradenton ! I am a disabled veteran and let her know that her level of respect is zero all she had to do was say ma’am can you please go to register one I’m not coming back to this register! I will not shop here if that woman is in the store and I will tell everyone about her and her rudeness!

Absolute garbage. I came on November 6th, 2023 and the cashier was rude to myself and her fellow employee. I’m assuming she was the manager because the other employee asked her when she could take her break and she responded extremely rude to her. I then was rung up and she refused to break my $100 bill for “only a $2.78 purchase”. It’s not that she couldn’t, but that she didn’t want to take the time to count the change. Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible management. Will never go back.

Cold cooler almost empty with same boxes stacked in front of it.Same boxes were there a week ago.Dont buy the Cold Food! Boxes everywhere.Trash on floor thru out store.Items throne on shelves wether the belong there or not. Told by manager 25 employees and no hrs for them.lady at ck out very nice.She is the only keeper there .Give her RAISEI St Rd 64 E
