this place sold me a car with many issues failed to resolve the issues when i filed the BBB complaint about them being unprofessional and not fixing the issues they responded to the complain on file with the bbb by saying i am “a grown a** man” who cannot own his issues (the car they sold me with issues) and they by ending the message to the bbb by calling me “a soft a** b****” again all of that message is on file with the BBB so i highly recommend taking your money elsewhere and dealing with some brighter lightbulbs and not these dim bulbs who dont have the slightest bit of respect for you nor your hard earned money or even have any self respect for themselves ? they’re are plenty of other dealerships in the area do not make the same mistake i did you live and you learn good luck to Driven Motors with the multiply BBB complaints they already have on file the screenshot attached to the post is an example of the lovely owner of Driven Motors handling a situation caused by him selling a car with thousands of dollars worth of issues!

I purchased a car from this business and when i was one payment late due to payroll issues the business illegally showed my ex boyfriend the location of the car and told him to go repo it himself because he had went to the business stating the car was being paid for with his money so they illegally had 1 given my location to my EX boyfriend and then had him repo the car to switch the contract into his name thats how hungry for money this place is and then 2 they sold me the car and it has been stalling out since October upon numerous times they have agreed to fix it and leave me carless for days the issue has never been resolved from October , moral of the story this place is money hungry and will sell you a piece of junk for double its market value and then say they are fixing the issue with their “master mechanic” and they never do DO NOT SHOP HERE if you work hard for your money i suggest not giving it to this business there are so many other dealerships to shop with in the area And also add they are very unprofessional and rude when attempting to resolve issues . Awful owner who likes to flex his muscles and size to intimidate people. He gave my rental truck away to the wrong person with all of my paperwork inside the truck. Blamed me for being upset and nervous about it. Charged me twice on accident on top of that. Absolutely garage customer service. Will never be back!

The cars that are bought don't last three months, my son bought one that didn't last 3 months, my daughter-in-law bought it and it didn't last three months, and a Subaru that he also bought gets into the mechanic's all the time. bad diler

Brought a 2007 mustang from them last month. They assured me it runs great. Yes I brought it as is. My bad that I trusted them.engine smoked. Tierods and ball-bearings had to be fixed. Many more problems. It cost me almost $2000 to make it "safe" to drive. They also put new wipers on it, the passenger wiper flew off! I would highly not recommend Driven Motors. They sound nice but they will just scam you

Chuck sold my nephew a car that had a lot of issues and promised to fix them and of course after reaching out to him several times he kept saying he would fix it and yet still has not. He took clear advantage of my nephew and I pray that someday someone treats him the way he has my nephew. He will have a bbb complaint as well as the attorney general.

This was the best truck rental place I've ever used! Every step of the process of renting a Penske Truck went well. The reservations were clear and fairly priced. We changed the dates and they handled that well too. Then when we went to pick up the truck at Driven Motors, it went very smoothly. I can't remember the guys name but he was great. He gave clear directions on how to use the truck, driving and backing tips, and most of all....I was happy to see the price was actually what the original quote was!I definitely would go back to Driven Motors if I ever need a rental truck again.
