Horrible experience the service was rude and trash. Seems like they have no people skills and do not care about the customer. Will never return. Didn't even pay for my food because the employee was horrible with me. Corporate needs to terminate that whole store.

5:49am Tuesday February 27, 2024. The black guy there doesn't even listen to my plain as day order, tried to give me coffee, nope, not what I ordered. I ordered "Large Frozen Mocha No Whip", finally got him to give me what I ordered before I pay. Gave me my order and walked off, didn't even get a damn straw, bow got to make another stop today for a "straw". If I see him when I stop by again, I'll go elsewhere, ain't dealing with him no more.

Checked my order to see if everything is all there after repeating what I want three times so they understand what I want.Not only is it the wrong order, but the coffee was extremely horrible. Like it tasted like something had died in my coffee. I don't complain much but at least get my coffee right. Whomever is in charge here at least double/triple check the food so the customer doesn't have to come back considering almost every single person here needs an attitude adjustment. It'd be simpler to get the orders right than not have to see the customer again since all of you hate your jobs here clearly.That's my two cents, hopefully this place gets shut down but I highly doubt it.

Very disappointed they are now charging for a cup of ice water WITH a purchase from a loyal customer. Since when. Not cool. No thanks! Not to mention not friendly. Good morning to you too!

Came to this location after leaving the location of the road due to an extremely bad experience. The customer service at this location was phenomenal to say the least. There is a name on the receipt named Mikeil I'm not sure if this is the individual who took my order but if so I just want to say he was extremely kind I was the rest of the employees.

I don’t understand why the employees are so miserable. When ordering at the drive through, they are so unfriendly. The employees never speak to you when you’re at the window. They don’t say hi, the total, thank you, you’re welcome, nothing. Just a blank stare as they take your payment and hand you your items.

It's honestly laughable how rude the woman was yesterday. I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru before saying hello to be answered, or excuse me.. yelled at "WHATCHU WANT, UGH" I said a dozen donuts and she sneered and said they "don't do no donuts". I couldn't help but laugh cause.. it's a Dunkin donuts. The only person in the drive thru is me and she yelled if I was gonna order today... I just was so baffled. How can someone be so disturbingly rude? It's absurd and truly is embarrassing. I can't believe a grown woman could act like this and have no class lol!

Ordered an ice coffee with cream and sugar and a sausage, egg, cheese croissant. I should have known better when I watched the girl put the ice in the cup before the coffee. I had to chew the sugar. Had freaking stupid can you be?! Majority of ppl know sugar doesn’t dissolve in cold substances. Should have gotten a refund (over $3), but I was savoring the croissant when I got to work. Which again, should have known better. Never had a croissant that was hard and crunchy before. What garbage and all for under $9!!!Never again…

The service here always sucks, they often will tell me they're not making food, and the drinks are always messed up. If I wanted to lay $5.00 for sugar milk I would, I always order a caramel iced latte and Everytime there isn't a hint of coffee or espresso in it, it's only milk and caramel and it is so disgusting.

Sometimes get my coffee right but most of time I get sweet milk instead of ice coffee with milk. Sometimes good customer service friendly smiles but sometimes you'd just rather drive off due to the non friendly customer service. There are times where the person in the window doesn't say a word reaches for payment shut window open window hand order and shut window . Like see ya later bye. Wow ok Dunkin.
