Most people I know dread picking up prescriptions at their big corporate pharmacy but I actually enjoy picking up my meds (I mean I enjoy it as much as a person can enjoy picking up medications. I'd rather have nothing wrong with me and not need medication but I digress. ..) and even if I've forgotten to call ahead or use the online refill service on the website, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for my prescription and the staff is friendly and relaxed unlike some of the stressed out and overworked looking pharmacists at the big franchise places. It seems like the employees enjoy their job at Eckerd and that's rare these days.

At 74, I have dealt with way too many pharmacies and Eckerds is by far the best I have ever dealt with. The pharmacist(s) and staff have us the customer in mind. Numerous times I have walked in with a script and walked out 5 minutes later with my prescription!! Always smiling and ready to meet your needs. They also do prescription compounding is a another advantage. The “Cheers” of pharmacies. They even know my name (that isn’t good meaning I have to take way too many pills!). Can’t say enough good about this pharmacy!

The best independent pharmacy I have seen so far. Jordan is the best! She is always helpful and very polite. I had transferred prescriptions from a large chain pharmacy, which the consistency and service was subpar, I couldnt be happier. Not only am I paying less but its nice to have a friendly face greeting me. Excellent job Jordan and the Eckerds staff, you guys are awesome.

I live in Miami and I use this pharmacy with delivery service. The ease and convenience this pharmacy provides is wonderful. They are always prompt, quick and friendly.. thank you Eckerds!

If you are getting your prescriptions mailed .. you have to call back 2x a week.. last time the girl sent it to my old address , even though I provided her with my new one … thank God the new neighbors were cool and dropped my script off at the front office ..
Then this week .. I called on the 14th , takes about 4 days for my script to arrive via regular mail .. she said it’s too early even though my script is due the 20th . So I said fine I’ll call back the 16th today … I called back they said no problem we will send you a link to pay .. 4 hours later never received a link .. so I call back just now . She said we don’t have it in stock .. so now my meds definitely won’t come in time .. she said maybe we will get them in Monday and now I have to over night which costs $30 extra.. so you have to stay on top of them .. the gentleman who works at the pharmacy is by far the best and really gets things done..

I wanted to say thank you for many things.The team they are kind, friendly and if in a jam offer suggestions to help. (This happened to me when I had a family emergency to deal with and did not know what to do about my medications). They always help you work out a situation...,I was a nurse for 30 years and thought I knew about pharmacies , I did not.They are so kind, I have learned more. I had been useing larger corporate pharmacies and had settled. I remember now what it is about small pharmacies esp witht is pharmacy. I want to thank everyone there for all they do, it is evident..from answering the phones, to seeing if you need help with your medication even to small talk. I have not experienced this type of customer service since I had a pharmacy only ( not selling make up and hair products in NYC. I just wanted to say I am am a semi new client, my pharmacy closed and I was told about Eckerds Pharmacy and promptly switched. I used to be able to walk to my pharmacy which made it convenient and with my disability use just enough. I was worried when I switched, then I saw that if I needed a delivery they could help ....I thank you. I have not had this sort of customer service since I Iived in NYC.and thought I knew all the ins and out of a pharmacy. Not true I am disabled now and can't awalay

Awesome service!!!! Quick and always on point. Very hard to find in a pharmacy. CVS is always such a hassle. Always hours waiting and can’t ever get someone on the phone. This is my new pharmacy hands down. Great job to all employees here!! Thank you for your great service and hard work!!

The staff here is absolutely amazing! If you need anything they are always willing to help! If you ever need anything OTC, just let the girls know and they can get it for you the next day!! Then I was having an issue with the doctors office and Yadira "Gabby" stepped in and reached out to the office to get it taken care of. This is only a couple of the reasons why I switched pharmacies! They also offer delivery! Which is something that I appreciate in my condition. Thank you Gabby for coming thru!!

I love this pharmacy. The staff are great and the head pharmacist Vic is a really good guy and will help you if you just talk to him and be honest.This pharmacy has morals and act with kindness. Great pharmacy to stick with.

Horrible, dangerous customer service. They never send my prescriptions on time. The first time I had a prescription here we had a call where they took my payment information and everything. Over 2 weeks later the prescription hadn’t arrived. I called them to find out they NEVER EVEN SENT the prescription? Second time I call them to check on a prescription that was sent a week before. They confirm they have my information and I ask for overnight shipping. The next day I get a call from them asking to confirm my information? What is going on at this place? This is twice now that I’ve been without medication and delayed by their poor service. By the way, I still haven’t received the prescription.
