They said they delivered an arrangement but it was never delivered. No one will answer the phone. $140 and no response. My next call is the BBB. Incompetent company, should have read the other reviews first. Update. Never a call back never received order. Reported them to BBB. They never responded, clearly they will take your money and not deliver. Please go somewhere else.

This place is absolutely ridiculous to deal with. I went onto their website to order something for a birthday gift and their website kept glitching and freezing when trying to order something then it kept having me re put all the information it in. I would put my credit card in and it said that it wouldn't take it and they charged my card anyway. I called the store and the owner called me back and his name was Gary who was very rude and unprofessional. He actually laughed at me how professional is that. So they ended up charging my credit card for $100.00 which I didn't even order the one they charged me for. I didn't even know they processed the order . I had canceled the order several times. Because like I told Gary, I would never pay this much and also because they charge a $20.00 service fee which is also ridiculous . It doesn't tell you how much the service fee is until check out. No wonder you guys have shitty review scores I now see why. I would never recommend this place ..

My girlfriend ordered something for her mother on Mother’s Day and when she went to pick it up it was so sloppy ,soggy and strawberries falling off the stick I mean I may not be White but I paid $80 dollars for something she regrets fully!!

I am sad to know the amount of money spent on a Mother’s Day arrangement while my mother is away. Wasn’t delivered to her on the date that was scheduled. And there is absolutely no way of getting in contact with this store. Though I’ve called over 10 times and my sister has called more with voicemails. This is unacceptable not being able to get in contact with someone for your delivery. Waited all day for a response with nothing! Delivery was never made either.

I had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements! I worked with Rachel to order a gift for a loved one, and she made the process seamless. The arrangement arrived right on time and was absolutely beautiful. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I received a call from this edible arrangements location asking me if my name was j Lashaye. I said no you have the wrong number then they said 2 other peoples name and asked if I knew them, I said no, and then the women on the phone threatened me with the police then hung up. I was confused and thought it must be scam because she didn’t say who she was or why she was asking me if I was j Lashaye. So I was confused if I heard her right so I looked up the number on the internet and it was edible arrangements, WHY WOULD EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS THREATEN ME WITH THE POLICE?? It was extremely unprofessional. I brushed it off thinking I didn’t hear her correctly, and then I received a text message again threatening me with the police. I called the store back and they were rude and falsely accusing me of fraud. After they told my fiancé they “supposedly cleared it” we didn’t receive ONE APOLOGY. I’ve never in my life seen a business handle something so serious so horribly. I’ve never gotten anything from here and now I NEVER WILL.

Woman working there was incredibly sweet. My arrangement was ready half an hour early and she gave my daughter some chocolate covered strawberries for the road.

*update* They have great customer service and someone reached out to me today to apologize for the quality of the flowers I received and offered me options of what I’d like to replace my dead flowers. I received my replacement flowers (a full bouquet of colorful flowers) about two hours later.
I received my valentines gift yesterday and my flowers are all completely dead. For the amount they charge, this is just unacceptable.

I had the very best experience with this location of edible arrangements. I was trying to send an arrangement but I was unsure if I had the correct address. I called there and explained it to whoever answered the phone and she went above and beyond to try to help me. Turns out I did not have the exact right address, but they figured it out And they were able to get my arrangement delivered correctly.. I highly recommend this business

Wonderful customer service. Very professional. Helped me find the right platter at the best price for what I was looking for. Will be ordering from them again! Always the freshest fruit! 🍓
