Myself and others were hired at orientation on Saturday to deliver arrangements on Valentines Day for $6 each..woo-hoo! I thought it might be fun and make a few dollars...very few..lol. We were told they would call first thing valentines day on what time to come to the location. No one ever called...thanks so much Rachel for being so kind and for wasting my time on Sat and waiting for u to call as u said u would this morning. Now I see why they have such bad reviews. Pathetic organization to treat others so poorly.

Went in to get some birthday yummys. Excellent customer service, clean and bright atmosphere. Very knowledgeable about the products and polite. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed that I placed an order for delivery on Dec 24 and it never got delivered. They did not answer the phone for the whole week. I called store that placed order for me(out of state). The order was refunded but the store did not offer to do anything to help the situation. Most stores I have dealt with would refund and offer to send something else out. I understand being short staffed but to not answer the phone for a week nor call since it did not get delivered is unacceptable.

I placed an order on December 19 for a simple arrangement of fruit to be delivered to my sister in law on December 22 for her Christmas gift. I checked with her and she had not received anything by the end of the day on the 23rd. I tried to contact the Bradenton store multiple times during the day and left several voicemails (their answering message promised a call back). I never heard from them. I finally called the corporate office and they could not reach them either but said my order had been cancelled. I had not been notified and would not have known. They said they would gladly refund my money. That is fine except it left me no time to send an alternate gift. Extremely frustrating!

I just placed an order with the friendliest, kindest person with exceptional customer service. Her name is Elizabeth, she was very knowledgeable about the 2 arrangements that I was having trouble choosing from. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to put my mind at ease about sending an arrangement to my very best friend that was recently diagnosed with cancer. I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and ask for her opinion. You can tell that she really enjoys what she does and is definitely an asset to Edible Arrangements in Creekwood Crossing in Bradenton. 5 stars Elizabeth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I will definitely be placing many orders in the future.

I visited today and the ladies working were wonderful. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and helped right away. The customer service was awesome. I will definitely order from this location again!

I received an arrangement on Saturday afternoon from my husband and since I got it, the fruits didn't look good. On Monday morning, I went to get some strawberries, and they were full of mold. Also, the other fruits didn't taste good. According to Google, the edible arrangement are supposed to last between 2-5 days. I don't know what happens with one but I was very disappointed. Do your research and check for other businesses because this one is a waste of money.

Horrible customer serviceMisleading coupons that won’t honor birthday e-mail instructions.Poor communication with the lady at the counter. Placed a smoothie order over 3 times and she asked me for my order a 4th time.So annoying! Someone please help this store.

I love this stuff! So much better than flowers that you can't eat?. The pineapple dipped in chocolate is my absolute favorite. Doesn't get better than that. The staff is so friendly and inviting. I will be back for sure.

I don't recommend the "Premium cookies". I got the Happy Birthday balloons, 4 cupcakes and 6 cookies. The cookies were plain and very gross, nothing Premium about them!!!!

Driver couldn’t have been more helpful getting my delivery to me early as I needed to leave my House early. Very professional and highly recommended!
