If Mr. Robert "Robb" Elliott treats his clients anything like I've experienced, they deserve apologies.
I am NOT a client. However, my very dear, elderly friend IS.
Robb's phone has not been answered (By him personally) for several months. When I've spoken to Matt, he dutifully took my messages, with never a call back from Robb. Several of my emails remain unanswered.
"Two thumbs down."

Matt is very professional, knowledgeable, insightful and gets right to the point. He wasn’t hired for his personality, but rather for his expertise. Did an excellent job preparing our wills. Have recommended him to others.

This individual has no compassion or empathy for his clients. He is extremely rude and condescending. I would never recommend him whatsoever to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. The person I spoke with a few moments ago was quite rude. Very unprofessional and had no clue to what I was talking about even though I was contacting them on behalf of a property they have under management. Would not recommend! The man that answered the phone was being very hostile towards me and was not acting in a professional manner considering the property said to contact them and when I did they had no idea what I was talking about???? Weird and then also proceeded to ask my full name after he was done getting an attitude with me.
