I needed a rental car while waiting for my car to be repaired after an accident. Ryan went out of his way to help even when I ended up having to extend it past what my insurance was paying. Excellent customer service! Also they always answered the phone, very important. Thank you again for everything!

Worked with Haley and Ryan on a couple of occasions. Both worked the reservation(s) expeditiously and accurately. Highly recommend using the Cortez West location.

This place goes above and beyond!!!! I cant remember the managers name here, however she is a sweet sweet girl that helped my son and I so much. Even to the point that she was running outside with us trying to help us find our uber! She is incredible! Also we needed to get somewhere asap and Robert got us that asap! What a guy! There is another guy that works there and he checked on us several times during our rental period. Everyone here deserves a raise! Love this place!

I had an incredible experience here. First off, we had to be somewhere by 5pm and Uber couldnt find Enterprise because it's under construction so they left! I was paniced! Robert whom works there at enterprise took it upon himself to get us there fast without breaking the speed limits. Also, I cant remember her name now, but shes one of the managers there, she was running around outside with us trying to find the uber. In that heat! Who would do that! We had the rental for a week and another employee checked on us several times just to make sure we were satisfied with our car and all was going well. I cant say enough good things about this place. Single Mom, traveling from Califonia with her son and they treated us like family. Boy did I need that!

Rented a car about a year ago now and I forgot to leave a review. Cassie went above and beyond finding and going to another location to get me the car I wanted! Very different than other companies. Excellent service, honesty, and willing to work with us.

The fact that they never respond to any of their reviews, speaks loudly with the level of professionalism & concern to customer service. People will always need rentals & they know they will still make the money, based on demand. I had been a loyal repeat customer, ALWAYS returning a vehicle better than I found it. I live & work here locally. Because I live on a boat & do not have a utility monthly bill, they refuse to rent a car to me? I have provable sustainable income, lived here for 5 years. File taxes& have had a 20 yr bank account WITH money. Completely DISCRIMINIRORY & judgemental on their behalf! Living on the island is a challenge to be able to buy a car & find a place to park it. Once a month, I liked to rent a car & stock up & explore. If anything, I'd have MORE money NOT having a utility bill?

I got helped by Taylor fraise he was amazing he even cleaned my car for me and after I said I didn't feel safe in the original car I was going to get he easily got me another car that I do feel safe driving I would definitely recommend this enterprise on Cortez! not the other one on 14th st Bradenton they gave me a car that had a crack in the windshield

Needed a rental back in September/October. I paid a $50 security deposit that Zachary said I would get back upon return of the vehicle. I needed to extend the rental period another 2 weeks, called enterprise and Zachary told me I needed to pay an additional $300 security deposit. I asked him at this time if it was going to be returned to me, he said the security deposit would be returned to my account. This was back in November of 2021. I still, as of this day have not received anything back. ENTERPRISE took $350, told me I would get it back, and then kept it!!!!! I have reached out to the Cortez Rd enterprise, both Zachary and Cathy have tried to reach out via email to Admin. I have called the enterprise admin offices directly and left numerous messages my last call was in March 2022. The Admin office has yet to return my calls. I simply want to know what is going on and why you are holding onto MY $350 that your company said I would get back upon return of the vehicle? I will NEVER rent from you again let alone allow someone I know to rent from you. This is NOT a proper way to conduct business. You need to follow up and communicate with your customers, not steal their money and refuse to call them back! Get it together. Future renters: I’d make sure you go somewhere else for a car rental. Enterprise will take your security deposit and then avoid you for months!

I have worked with enterprise before but it was a different location than than the one that served me today. The other location was way more friendly and I did not like the service I received today. So I arrive at the body shop and the enterprise were already there with the rental car which I appreciated very much since there wasn’t down time but I did not like the woman that helped me. She was very unpleasant. First, she explains to me that they did not have a car in the range that I was covered in so I’d have to pay 5 dollars a day until my car is ready for pickup. Which is very inconvenient because I didn’t think there would be expenses for this rental. And although 5 dollars is not a lot of money it would add up very quickly if my car is in the shop for a month or so. Which again is inconvenient. So she explains to me that I can call my insurance company and they would be able to match the 5 dollars so I give my insurance company a call. I’m on hold for about an hour which is not at all enterprise’s fault but the only reason I needed to call was because of enterprise. So I sit on hold for an hour only for the representative to tell me that I was given false information and I need to contact enterprise so that they can either match the 5 dollars or give me a car under my budget. So I call enterprise and they tell me they magically have cars under my budget and I can pick one up. I arrive at enterprise a few hours later annoyed that I’m still having to deal with this. It shouldn’t have been escalated this far. And it’s the same woman that helped me earlier. Still unpleasant and not at all concerned that I had to take so many extra loops just to get a car that they had in the first place. I felt like they didn’t care about the inconvenience and weren’t friendly or empathetic at all. I would never visit this location again.

Jason says he was in charge and refused to rent a car out to me because his feelings were hurt. Customers are not always happy life happens. Hey someone that isn’t so sensitive and can accept apologies

Jason was unwilling to work. Unacceptable of any apology. Life is stressful and he cant move past his ego.
