Went there today to buy some iced tea and the new store manager was screaming at customers who were not being disruptive or stealing, she just didn't personally like the customer. This level of unprofessionalism toward a paying customer is unacceptable and embarrassing. I will not be shopping here again and I will warn others to stay away from this store.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would . A woman with blonde hair who claimed she was the manager on 02/15/2025 was the most incompetent and rude woman I’ve ever dealt with in the store ,the community and maybe in my life! There was a shelf that had ONE label which was $6 for charcoal (All the same brand on the shelf )got to the register and it rung up almost $12 . The manager walked over with me and MULTIPLE bags of the exact charcoal (brand and size) were on the shelf . The manager instead of accepting they had made a mistake or even just hadn’t done their job at all (zoning) declined to honor the false advertisement by simply stating over and over that it is Family Dollar’s policy to put over flow on a shelf with other products that are marked at a different price . Meanwhile the shelf where the charcoal was meant to be was EMPTY! She lied and I bought another bag of charcoal and returned it not even 5 minutes later because I truly stand on the fact that I won’t give my hard earned money to a store that I don’t have a good experience at! If she is the manager ,she shouldn’t be! She’s immature,a liar ,extremely ignorant and an insult to competent ,hard working customers who CHOOSE to frequent the store for convenience. I will definitely take a drive further down the road and spend a couple extra dollars at Walmart,Publix ,etc. or visit the nearest
Dollar general (where the have made a COMPLETELY turn around ) before I ever visit this store again.

So I enter dollar general! No good morning NOTHING so I know the workers must be ready to go home. I shop for all of my items and head to the front counter. Me and another shopper headed to the counter at the same time I got to the counter first and because I DID NOT walk around the STORE manager MARIE she made me back up AND Took the other lady . So I proceeded to ask what’s the problem like I’m so confused are we in kindergarten. Is this how you treat people. And then because I questioned what she said she proceeded to say I was getting loud and scaring people BABY ITS 8:00 in the morning nobody in here but you me and the lady and one more worker. She said FAMILY DOLLAR DONT care about what i do here . And proceeded to call the POLICE and take pictures FOR WHAT because you are DEAD WRONG . SMH yall have got to get better management. I will be going to corporate 😊

Funny thing they never told us we were at risk for identity theft ,dob and social security number got stolen just got the letter that dollar tree got breached .my lawyer will be talking to somebody.bad enough i worked for 11.50 when minimum wage was 12.00.now to get a letter saying our information is at risk what a joke .

The store had more items that you don't normally see in Family Dollars I was very impressed with the amount of stock they had people were very pleasant and helpful if you looking for something different this is the place to go and if you need something that you're used to this is the place to go

Omg! I went to get some dog food for my dog and they only had one bag left of Cesar's dog food when I picked the bag up it was full of spiders. Baby spiders got all over my arm and clothes. Be careful when yall shop there and at checkout the cashiers talk and gossip while you just stand there waiting. This was definitely my last time here.
