The Latino lady there is very nice and helpful but I've been in there a few times when it's someone else and waited a long time at the front counter with no clerk.

I approve them for being open during this storm but the worker in here is in extreme pain and was hurt during the storm she shouldn’t be working in this condition she can’t lift the bags but said she’s the only person who can work Sundays they need to get her help and let her rest inappropriate work conditions

This particular Family Dollar I like, and so I give it a 5 star.
However, Family Dollar as a whole, not so much. Ever since this COVID PANIC PRICE INCREASE has settled somewhat, it's NOW A TOTAL GOUGE, and it makes me angry! Ie. Used to have a 20oz bottle of commodity hand lotion for $1 JUST BEFORE COVID, right? Well NOW it's no longer profitable to offer that ECONOMY brand/ price, so we are FORCED into buying 32oz bottle at $5 (approx 320% PRICE INCREASE FOR A CHEAP BOTTLE OF ECONOMY LOTION) GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!! THAT'S ABSURD!

It is a nice place, with a quick solution to buy disinfectants for the house, products for washing clothes (powdered detergent, liquid, suavitel among others) it solves me in night pampers size L-X for my daughter. And most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to do my shopping after work since they close at 9 PM. I solve my daughter's homework from one day to the next. There are many products they ask for at VPK crafts. If you identify with my needs, it is a very good option.

Store was clean and somewhat organized. There were many items that were not priced. I'm not going to make the effort to go and ask. If they want to sell it put a price on it! Workers were standing around chatting with each other. Lots of empty space on shelves.

I will not be buying anything from this location in the future! I bought a pair of capris at 3:07while on my lunch today and they were too big so at 730 after I got off work and welcomed my husband home I went back to the store and the manager on duty refused to exchange them for a smaller size, the tags are still on them and I had my receipt. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee. If I could've given fewer stars I would've

Its a great store but its just that i called to see if yall was hiring so i asked for a manager and the lady said she was so i asked her how to apply seem she had a bit of a attitude didnt mind it but she said to give her a minute next thing i know the phone was hanged up as a manager if someone call asking if u hiring and they ask how to do it u help them step by step if needed i use to be manager at Salems i feel that couldve been handled better and i still dont know how to apply
