Miguel Cardona is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with ever. I ship a lot of animals through FedEx and he’s always telling me that I needed to bring my animals later in the day, telling me that “when they die, we aren’t liable” only to pick up my package and DROP it behind the desk rather than setting it down gently.
I came back in for my printed slip, and he said “what do you want” and I asked for the paper and he slapped it on the table and gave me a blank stare.
FedEx, do better.. This guy is the face of your establishment.

GOD is good and so is my fed ex driver 😊I just received a second trip from my fedex driver today . I missed him early this morning as I took my dogs out for a walk. He told me he had a hunch that my package was important and boy was he right. I needed this medication by tonight! I’m extremely thankful that he took the extra time to come back to my home. I forgot to get his name because I just kept thanking him 🤭 I’ve also gone here to pick up a package and was welcomed and treated well. Keep up the great work

i stopped by because i didnt get home intime for my package i came by and this lovely lady dee she was really kind and made sure i got my package and she made sure right when the truck came she got it off the truck thank you

They made it as difficult as possible for me to get my package. Ended up just having my purchase returned after dealing w all of their issues and making things unnecessarily complicated.

Had a great experience at this location, I needed to drop off something that has a QR code with it and I had never done that before from shipping something. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the process for me and it was super easy to do, I will never worry about printing a label again. Store was spotless and staff was excellent, I am very happy with my experience here at this location. I would definitely use this location again and would recommend this location to anyone in need of shipping services.
