I had a Standard Overnite sent on a Saturday. After 2 delivery attempts were canceled, I FINALLY had to pick it up...SIX DAYS, 9 PHONE CALLS. I was told BY FEDX to talk to the station manager. The person at the desk was rude and just said, sorry, he's busy. I said I'm in touch with corporate. He said...good talk to Memphis. Carrier pigeons could have made the 15 mile drop off in less than 6 days. Fedx just lost a 40 year customer. In my estimation...the frigging worst shipper on the planet now. Disgusted.

It amazes me that you still employ that balding sorry excuse for a manager there. Has to be the most miserable person I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Just plain rude and very standoffish. Brought in a package of live animals to ship that clearly said fragile/perishable live animals all over thepackage and he manhandled it knocking it around and throwing it with the rest of the packages. This will be the last time I ever ship live animals here. The lady is pleasant though the other times I shipped live animals through this center.

Since finding the distribution center, I don't go anywhere else. It's not worth it. They can do everything here and I know the package is right where the trucks are. Would recommend you to go.

Believe the 1 star reviews. CURT EMPLOYEE. Walmart app sent me here for a Christmas return item. I'd returned stuff there 6 months ago without an issue but the guy behind the counter sent me to another store 12 minutes away. At least be nice about it...

I've had better experiences at the DMV then this place. Your better off going with UPS stores then any FedEx shipping center. Most of their employees seem to be entitled, rude and lazy.

FedEx employee was very rude while trying to pick up a package. Never had such a negative experience at a FedEx location especially when simply picking something up. Save yourself some time and go to the other location 2 miles away, they are significantly more helpful.

I read the bad reviews and had my label printed at a seperate FedEx office location. The cashier here "couldn't scan" the 5 minute old label, and couldn't print another one? How the heck can't a FedEx HUB print a label? Pathetic.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE FEDEX THEY LOST THEIR QUALITYFukking horrible Person at the front desk no sense of respect not professional rude as hell….If would be possible I have this place negative 5 start that’s how bad this place is.Also upon arrival no one was at the front desk I had to wait 15 min.

Just plain rude employee. I dropped off a package on 8/29/2023 to be shipped and the guy behind the counter had an attitude problem. I was the only customer in the store and he came out from another room with a chip on his shoulder just complaining. Complaining about my package while scanning it being a ground shipment and over and over again just complaining. I didn’t ask him any questions so I don’t know what was wrong with him. I was calm. I did notice customers coming in as I was leaving with big boxes. I wonder how he handled those big boxes since he complained about my little box.

Bald guy behind the front counter needs to watch his attitude. Rudely turned away because my label looked "faded". When I asked if they could reprint it for me, the front desk employee said they don't print labels at this location in the rudest way possible. The label was completely visible, and the funny thing is that it was a return label that had been previously printed by FedEx.

If I could give six stars I would! This type of customer service is very rare to find these days! Mike went above and beyond to make sure I left with my package for my toddler last evening! I went through a LOT with my package being delivered to the wrong address. (Not FedEx’s fault) But FedEx not only CALLED ME? But they called me 3 times in 24 hours and made sure I was taken care of! And, they we’re nice about it! This is UNHEARD of these days, sadly. But, if we only had more amazing humans with Mike’s work ethic we would be a thriving country again!!! ! ?????? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
