They have everything you need here for shipping and copying. It is very convenient in the center of Bradenton. In a big parking lot in front of this huge shopping center, so no problem parking. A great place to ship of pick up from.

FedEx is in the process of closing all of their packing ship locations and putting their stores inside of Walgreens and Walmarts and it’s very frustrating

I can’t speak highly enough about the job that the manager and worker did for me today at this location. They were very busy as to be expected on a Friday afternoon and I had a bunch of stuff I needed to get done. Super patient they helped me with what I needed And was impressed with how they handled a busy workload. Very happy with this location today. Thank you.

I was at the FedEx located at 4401 14th St W this morning to pick up a package on behalf of my company. I waited in line to be assisted by the manager, Jennifer, who asked for the name of the company. I provided the information, and she said she would need my ID and proof that I was either the owner of the company or an employee. In order not to make others wait in line for too long, and since only one cashier was working, I agreed and told her to continue helping other customers while I searched for some company documents on my phone. As soon as I located a copy of the company's Tax Refund, which showed my name as a partner, I informed her. However, she said I would have to get back in line at this point, which had become quite long.I was already being assisted, and out of respect for others, I stepped aside so that she could continue helping others while I found the document, which must have taken about 2 or 3 minutes. She wanted me to go to the back of the line! I complained, she finally attended to me, and I showed her the document, but she didn't even want to look at it. She then told me I would need to present a company card with my name on it or a Company ID. My company is small, and we don't have a Company ID, and I also don't have a card in my name. However, I had company documents with me that proved I was not only an employee but also an owner of the company, and I had my ID, but she refused to look at them!Naturally, I was very upset with the incompetence of this employee, and I tried to reason with her, never insulting or yelling, but she claimed I was speaking loudly and threatened to return my package to the sender. This person is utterly unfit to be a manager at FedEx! She was extremely unhelpful and treated me in a racist manner! My business partner had to return later with a company card in his name to retrieve the package. I have never experienced such treatment at a FedEx office before.

We were trying to mail documents to another country and the store manager provided no assistance with acquiring an EEI number and she seemed like she was racist against people from another country.

I went there to have some photos printed for me off of my phone and instead of printing them for me they sent me to the self service area even though I told them I don’t know what I’m doing then left me there with no help for like 20 minutes so I just left and didn’t even get to print out my photos worst service ever

I stayed in line 13 minutes and the other employee didn’t help the line it made me salty. She was busy but I’ve been in here far too long in general it was not a pleasant experience I won’t come back even if it’s close.

Employee extremely rude. Almost insulting.They don’t greed you or thank you for using there services. Paid $159 for an envelope to be mail next day.

Paid $103 for delivery by noon. Package was 30 minutes from delivery address at 9:30 am this morning and as of 4:30 pm still on the truck. No available updates No refund of extra charge No one at Fed Ex even willing to explain why
