I can’t wait to switch banks ! Over 20 years we have been with this bank if you include all the bank buy outs and we have continued to be loyal customers who have stayed through all transitions which now is Ameris Bank. Locally the tellers are great at the Manatee Branch. We are also business owners and the bank manager has given us zero respect for our long time banking and dealings with Ameris. We are nothing but a number to a small bank with
Corporation rules and feels not at all like a small town bank what so ever!!! Except for a few very very friendly tellers..
I could go on and on mainly about the actual banking side!
We are switching banks as soon as possible to OZK where my couple dealings with them have felt like I’m actually at a bank who cares who we are. Ameris is ran by a corporation that has no idea who you are and you are just a number , and the bank manager doesn’t show any care either.. so I can’t wait to say goodbye to this chapter!

I've been with Ameris Bank for a long time now. I always wonder how the staff stays so friendly and energetic. It's always a personal experience as well. They even recognize my voice on the phone! This past Friday, Katie helped me set up my new business account! As her fingers fluttered over the keyboard, she and I shared a lovely conversation. She's been doing this so long I think she could probably do it with her eyes shut!I hope I never have to bank with anyone else!

I have been banking with Ameris Bank since 2016. It's been a pleasure. They are helpful when issues come up. They valenteer to help evan if you didn' ask for help in their many areas of expertise. Kyle Fogo did that for me today at the west Manatee Ave, in Bradenton, FL. He stayed on-line with the credit card company they work with until the connection and issue was resolved. I needed to do some transactions and Kyle Fogo offered to help simplify the process. I Love this Company. Thank you, Kyle Fogo.
