Bay shore Gardens…they are the worst branch of this bank in the whole state. nasty old women… i hated to even go there today and as usual they were worthless. Usually I make the drive to the downtown office 50 Central ave …Service is great, professional and knowledgeable. But today I was short on time. Never Again!

Went in to open an account they had no computer cause the 2 people on them where in Facebook come back about 5hrs later say what my only day off so u can come backno I go in at 10pm mam please don't tell anyone lol really

ATM stole my deposit I thought it was weird it didnt give me a recipe or display how much I deposited so I checked again my balance an my deposit was not added too my balance so I go in side the tellers inside were no help they just gave me card an told me too deal with it so I spent 15 mins on the phone trying too deal with the problem the tellers were acting like if I was being an inconvenience too there day

I opened my account back in April after being with SunTrust/Truist for years. I, like many legacy SunTrust Business customers left after the merger because Truist was not as customer-centric as SunTrust. I found Fifth Third. Sandra was a pleasure to work with to create my accounts. 4 months later... I only have one complaint... Business Accounts aren't eligible for Zelle. I had Zelle with Truist as a business. My 4 stars is for the business, not necessarily the branch.

Using the drive thru is extremely slow on several occasions!Manager refused to help me do a wire transfer to purchase my new home at 4:05pm saying it couldn't be done after 4pm, I drove to the 5/3 on 70 and 45th and got the wire transfer done.

I’ve had an account with you for like eight months and you guys hold my money for two weeks and tell me that my check is going through a verification process you cash the same check every single week I live week to week and I feel like this is unacceptable I also deposited money into the ATM $800. Your machine took it didn’t put it in my account and you guys made me wait two weeks to get my money. Well you guys have kept my money again and now my rents going to be late, which is going to cost me in fines! I Deposited on May 27 supposed to be available May 31 told me again that is going through verification process even though the monies already been pulled out of my bosses account but I have to wait till June 8. Unacceptable unprofessional very disappointed that I made the decision to choose your bank. I will absolutely be closing out my bank account when my check clears and go with your competitors.

After banking with you for over five years you left my business no choice but to close out my accounts with you and open a new account with your competitors. Your employee Heather is one of the rudest most unprofessional bankers I have yet to come across. I went in to your location at 3pm with an issue with my business account and was told to wait until Heather was available. Once she finally acknowledged me she told me I needed to come back the following day because she had appointments. Before leaving I used your restroom I'm guessing Heather suspected I just left. I happened to see her packing her things up and leaving for the day as well. What happened to all these appointments you had? Heather find a different job cause you are a HORRIBLE LIAR!!!!

Driving Thru woman with glasses was not pleasant. Ask a question didn't give no directions on the form. Didn't have my glasses on. Could have been more nicer. Won't go to this branch ever again. Will drive far.

Tried to have a document notarized on behalf of my employer. After almost 30 mins I was told they were unable to notarize this type of document. Interestingly enough, I had the same exact type of document notarized at this exact location before without any issues. I have a copy of it as well and will gladly provide it upon request.

I called to obtain new account info at 1:20pm...they were not avail, no offer to leave a message...they asked me on their recorder to call back....what sort of customer service is that? Customers have alot of choice in Bradenton
