This is THE worst bank !! They have people in customer service that don’t know English and are extremely hard to understand. They have no relationship with their clients and go through 5 steps of identification even when transferring you! I have also never had a bank that cannot block a transaction, but I have been on the phone with them for the past seven months, trying to cancel a reoccurring transaction to no avail. We’ve finally had it and are going to be pulling our money out of this bank . Also their credit card system sucks and your points take 2 weeks to hit your account. Not pleased at all with any of the locations ! Start by hiring people who talk English without a foreign accent!

Not my branch but went at this location last Friday around 4 pm for a brief visit and there were two lady both very unfriendly and cold. One was by the entrance and she gave me that look like:" what are you doing here". Mybe racist..I dont know what their problem was.but certainly will no go back there.

Great branch. I have used both inside help and drive through. Everyone is always professional and very helpful. I tend to find that people who write negative reviews tend to be negative people. If you treat people with respect, you will get it back double.

Iam very displeased with this bank , i made a deposit on the 3rd of sept , it was a check from a local bank an they place a 12 day hold on it even though they already took the money from the other account, they do not care about thier clients, even after trying to tell them it was putting a great hard ship on me .will take my money else ,soon as it clears

My name is Arianne katrenak. I just want to say that you have an employee, Roland Piatt, that was an absolute dream. My fiance and I rushed to your location yesterday, to fix a problem with my card. I had just gotten out of work, and I didn't know if we would make it in time before closing. I was an anxious mess when we arrived. It was the only time I had in my schedule to correct this issue. He took his time. Made sure everything was correct, and was my own personal angel for the time I was there. Your bank hires wonderful people. But I wanted to especially thank Roland. He made a bad experience into the highlight of my day. Thank you fifth third!!

Great place to do banking with. Arik & Kaylee go the extra mile for everything I need. They pay attention to every detail, are courteous, kind and efficient! THANKS!!
