Took my car here because it had a nail in it, after 2 hours of waiting on a Tuesday afternoon they finally looked at. Told me it wasn’t repairable and it would be around $160 for a tire. Took it 2 miles down the street and was able to get my tire repaired at star tires with no problems or wait time.

My car had a defect in the suspension and the aligner did not tell me anything and therefore the car was misaligned

I set an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. When I went to pay, I asked about the vehicle inspection, specifically said “is there anything alarming?” The tech said no, I paid and left. I got an email from Firestone, with a picture of one of my tires, with a nail in it, saying not able to repair and the tires were worn and cracking, etc. Would have been nice to know while I was at a tire shop. I bought the tires from Firestone and they are still under warranty. I realize that nail puncture is not a covered service, but “worn, cracking,” as stated in the email AFTER I left, absolutely should be! I’m pretty pissed off about the situation and can’t understand why someone wouldn’t have told me about this while I was there. Firestone put my safety at risk. That’s not ok. And 2 hours to complete a scheduled oil change/tire rotation is a bit excessive

I’m very disappointed in this store. I’m a retired ase master tech. They do take care of me when I come in because they know better. But the last 3 people I sent in there they screwed them bad. I will never send anyone else there. It breaks my heart when I see people in the industry I spent my life in treating people the way they do. In fact you can have my Firestone card back.

I have a couple of cars with lifetime rotation and alignment service. Every time i come here to do this service it takes over 3 hours and they never do it right. every time I leave the place I have to go back the next day because the alignment isn't done correctly. The car always ends up pulling hard left or right. The service is nice and friendly which is why i give them 2 starts but the actual job itself they do on my car thus far is 1 star.

I had a great experience! All the people working on my car were nice and I was able to ask questions when needed. I feel the staff was very knowledgeable and I met many of them during my service on my car.

I was there 5/14/24 to get two new tires. The two men there must have been worn out from the long day but were still kind.
I was told I needed an oil change and new brakes, and I am thankful for that information and for their expertise as I'm not much of a car person.
I would recommend Firestone.

Best Firestone location I’ve been to. I respect the service here as everyone is very kind, educational, honest, & helpful. I’m an overwhelmed student living away from family and rely on my car to get around to school/work so I can support my parents back home. I try my best to maintain an older car whilst also staying afloat as a first gen student here with a lot of soaring expenses and cost of moving for my last year / getting licensed. I don’t normally write reviews but this place very much deserves a good one. I appreciated them working with me and would recommend them to anyone. 10/10.
