I was having trouble putting air in my tire. I was deflating my tires instead of inflating using my own air compressor. I called Firestone and told them the situation and told them that I'm less than a mile away from them and asked if they would come and help me. They said yes, but it would cost me $75.00. I thought that was so expensive, especially since I was less than a mile away and I was the one with the air compressor. I told them that I would think about it.

I was not informed that an outrageous insurance charge was added to my new tire bill!!

I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change and was charged $105.00
I waited for an HR although I had an appointment. Very disapointed

Was not told the price of oil change until I picked it up. Upon picking it up noticed the vehicle had damage(paint scrape) on left front fender not there prior to visit. The hood and fender had grease prints and marks all over it and the brake light stayed illuminated which was not on prior to service.

I was welcomed when I walked in. What a pleasure. Denny was outstanding throughout. The work was finished my earlier than I expecte.Sadly, 2 of the custom valve covers on my wheels were missing. No valve cover at all. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Very good shop. Honest and professional. Only 2 complaints: I had to wait over 24 hrs to get my car, and they didn't put the spare tire back properly.

I pulled into one of the bays at this particular fire stone to try to attract the mechanics attention. I have done this all of my 66 years of living and having cars serviced. I have never had anybody holler at me or speak to me in such a nasty manner for doing this. But on this occasion, One of the managers was very rude and nasty to me. I needed air in my tires after I pulled into the bay, he said no and I said oh and I said oh I’m sorry. I backed out. I said I just need air in my tire, it is Down to 23 pressure. He goes to get the air hose as I back out, he had me so disconcerted by the way that he spoke to me, I accidentally backed into the curb. He then asked me what is wrong with you. You’re banging into my curb? I said it was an Accident. I didn’t hurt the curb. It wasn’t on purpose. First, he wasn’t going to give me the air again, then I said that are you gonna just have me go home like this. So he gives me the air in the tire. I tried to tell him that it’s been a long day And he just continues with his nasty demeanor. After I got the air, and I thanked him, mind you, I was apologizing profusely for my error of pulling into a bay the whole time All he kept saying was Don’t pull into anybody’s bay in their shop. I said well I’m very sorry, again. Nobody has ever told me that before. So I called him on the phone and he answered, and I tried to say to him that I felt, having been a customer at this shop several times and have spent a good amount of money there, that I felt mistreated. I said I don’t think the way you talked to me is the way did you speak to Customer. He didn’t want to admit any wrong. I said I’m disabled, maybe you didn’t look into my car and happen to notice the walker right next to me. I said I just try to make things easy on myself. He’s like you’re not going to blame me for what you did. I said well there is just a way to speak to people. I said you know there’s just something called human kindness. At that point, he hung up the phone on me. I begin sitting in the parking lot and writing this review. The next thing I know he comes out and tells me I’m blocking the intersection. I must also say that this man had brought me to tears. He tries to apologize and say he was sorry. I shame all this for you to apologize for being so abrasive. He still tried to be a bit dismissive, but I have to tell the truth. And he did give somewhat of an apology. I’ll be it, I think he really just wanted me to move my car as he said, blocking the turning lane for people coming into the store. getting ready to close the there is another entrance. I just hope that he will not treat someone else the way that he is treated me. And I told him that I was writing this review for Google and all of my social media platforms. Well I guess that all fire stones are independently owned I don’t know. I will send A letter to the corporate office about this. And I intend to slam this store on every social media platform that I have. Because it’s totally not right. You don’t treat people like that.s and Dennis have been nice as they can be to me. But unfortunately, now because of this man. I will not ever step foot in this Firestone again.

The front desk gentleman was very helpful. The technician however had a bad attitude and wanted to argue with me about the Flat Tire light staying on after the repair! I ended up having to take my car to the dealership to have the reset done

I've been a customer here for many years and have recommended this particular location to friends and family. Recently sent my girlfriend here due to having a nail in her tire, the employee told her that the tire was not worth repairing/patching due to the lack of tread. Upon inspection after getting off of work; the tire was still at 6/32 tread depth.
TLDR: Tried to take advantage of a young female, customers beware.

Went in for an alignment. Within 15 minutes they claimed to have done it. I asked to make sure because I’ve never heard of such a fast alignment. I was told “we are the best of course it is done”. It in fact was NOT done causing damage uneven thread wear to the tire and now I have to replace it as well as get a proper alignment. If I could give negative stars I would. I would never recommend this SCAM of a company

SCAMMING! Went in to get my alignment done and was told i needed new tires. (nail in one of them) They said they couldn’t patch it because there wasn’t enough tread depth. Tire pressure warning came on a week before I came here, had no issues with a flat tire. After leaving here, my tire was spewing out air like crazy and went just about flat. Brought it to Honda because I didn’t think i needed new tires (after being told i have less than 6 months left on these tires and I should get new ones same day from firestone) Honda was able to patch the tire with no issue and said I have just about 15,000 miles left before I need new tires! Walked out of firestone with no paperwork to show the tread depth. Nope, won’t be back… lol.

Awesome (first time) customer experience! I can't say this about many experiences I've had in the last few years. Very satisfied with this facility and will definitely be a return customer! Shoutout to Dennys for keeping me updated and spending that little bit of extra time to make me feel confident my car was being cared for based on my standards. Super friendly and professional! (Also witnessed 'above and beyond' kindness to some other customers while I was in the store - kudos to all of the staff!!)

This Firestone is at a convenien, accessible location. Highly trained techs and customer service with a smile. They got me in on my appointment time, completed the service and I was out the door in a jiffy.

It was very busy when I arrived to get a flat tire fixed. I was told it would be awhile there are a few ahead of you. I answered that's fine, I just walked in. That would be great.
