Stopped by Firkins just to take a look at a Jeep they had on the lot and met David Vernasco. I really don't like dealing with car dealerships and salesmen (I'm in sales by the way) but David was very nice and not pushy. We did the look around the vehicle, test drive, etc and it was what we were looking for. David asked if we want to see how the numbers look and I literally told him he'd have to blow me away for this to happen today...long story short we left with that Jeep. Everyone we dealt with, David, Maurice, and Julio were all great to work with.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Logan and Jeff, and once again, they went above and beyond for us. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel like family. Logan took the time to really listen to what we needed and helped us find the perfect truck that fits our growing family’s lifestyle. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we were confident in our decision.
Jeff was just as awesome! He made sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish just like the first time we purchased from them. We even had our two smaller kids with us, and both Jeff and Logan were so kind and patient. They offered the kids toys to play with and drinks to keep them comfortable while we handled paperwork.
It’s rare to find people who truly care about their customers the way Logan and Jeff do. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine kindness keep us coming back. We’ll definitely continue doing business with them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Love this place! Bought 2 cars from them and never had an issue with any of them! Went back for my 3rd and Tim was the best! He was so nice and helpful with everything. Very response with texting back. Always an easy process. Tim waited with us until we can speak to finance since the truck had just been put up for sale. Tim was great, gave some little keychains to my younger siblings and they loved those flashlights! 10/10 would go back to this place and definitely would work with Tim, he was AMAZING!

Purchased a brand new dodge Durango about a month or so ago from Chelsea Sotelo! She went above and beyond explaining and showing all features to the vehicle. (I am not tech savvy) haven’t purchased a brand new vehicle in 20 years. Thank you firkins! I recommend all my family and friends.

David was wonderful to work with. After leaving 2 other dealerships with the “ick” feeling, we found the vehicle we wanted on the Firkins website. I called and asked if I could come look at it 15 minutes before closing. David was accommodating, didn’t rush me even though it was late, and took his time to show me the car. The price listed online was accurate, not a lowball price of an “internet promotion” that just gets you in the door like other dealerships pull. Working with David did not make me feel “sold” at all, which made all the difference. We had a firm budget in mind and David, Maurice, and Geo got it to where we needed it. The process was simple and stress free. We love our new vehicle for our family. Thanks guys!
